You try to make competitive teams the best they can be. My team isn't competitive, according to that Jordy dude, so my team doesn't matter.
As for the babying, I'm fine with that, I'd just like some valid criticism, with advise. Not just a "this team sucks," and walk-away.

Why are you glad you don't belong here? we don't try to sugercoat any problems with teams and we try to make others teams the best they can be. we just don't baby you along and do everything for you
