    As unlikely as it is, I'd like to see them just get rid of IVs. They really don't serve much of a purpose other than being a huge pain in the ass. It's be pretty easy when migrating pokemon as well. Keep their EVs and just baseline their IVs.

    If Pig gets Fire/Ground it could go OU. I don't see much hope for Smugleaf though, although if all the dragons stay banned I guess it does have a chance. Especially if it gets growth and the movepool to run a good mixed set.

    Here are my guesses for the stat spreads: Smuglord: 70/82/72/118/81/107 Pig: 120/112/68/84/76/70 Wotterwhal: 95/106/74/77/103/75 GF tends to give the starters some odd spreads, so I didn't go for the standard 0's and 5's.
