This means poison and specially steel types have a huge advantage. This makes me think Salazzle would be a good pokemon. It can poison everything while being immune to burns and poison (unless facing a opposing Salazzle), all while having 117 speed. now on the attacking moves, any priority...

    Metagame Shared Power [Under Re-Construction!]

This is too close to the banned from sharing problem. The new OM should avoid having these kind of complex bans, so powerful abilities should be 100% banned. But ignoring that, holding a Red Orb does make a difference as the pokemon sharing an ability loses the item slot.

Steel types are immune to poison status, so changing types does not allow Mew to poison them (Twineedle can't poison steel types, for example). Also i say to leave all out attackers as it is, it makes things more simple, also what they lose on coverage they may gain on power with the new STAB...

Wonder Guard does not protect against Struggle, so it is all about who has more PP left.

A funny thing about ShedinjaMons is that, if speed is the most important, then Ninjask may be good. It is the fastest pokémon aside deoxys (which is Ubers) and can outspeed scarfers with Speed Boost, but i feel it relies too much on Hidden power for coverage and has a bad typing. On a side...

Mega Medicham has 60/120/120/100/120/140. His attack after pure power is amazing, but unfortunately he is frail and it seems that lots of things outspeed it (even though it is not really slow). If only it could holf items... Some more pokemon Mismagius: 120/120/120/170/170/170 (870 BST)...

Slaking and Regigigas would likely be banned, they are pretty much Uber mons.

    Metagame Shared Power [Under Re-Construction!]

This can actually give recovery to pretty much all pokemon, since all pokemon who can learn TMs can learn rest (aside some pokes like the tapus, magearna, and others, but still a very long list)

I would like to point that Fluffy is not on the banlist. It does the same as Fur Coat, which is banned, but with a added Fire weaknesses, but this can be mitigated by Flash Fire or Drizzle. Also, Bewear is a better pokémon than Furfrou and Alolan Persian overall.

It is worth noting that the bulk will scale more than the offenses, since both the HP and the defenses are boosted, but the +1 mitigates that. Regular Mew: 252 SpA Mew Psychic vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Mew: 61-72 (17.8 - 21.1%) -- possible 5HKO Totem Mew +1 252 SpA Mew Psychic vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Mew...

Is it? I see normalize as the opposite of -ate abilities (instead of turning a normal move into another typing, you turn all types into normal). I think including it would be like a pokemon receiving both Light Metal and Heavy Metal.

Yes BoltBeam is almost perfect coverage, but it still requires some prediction. The opponent can still switch into a resist or a immunity if they predict right (for example, a scarf landorus can switch into a thunderbolt, then outspeed and KO Koko if it is the scarf variant. But lando would be...

Honestly this removes a lot of the strategy of the game. You dont need to care about a switch-in, you just click the attack button. Pokémon won't fit a niche of, for example, having better coverage instead of a higher attack. You just choose the one that hits harder instead of having more...
