Welcome to Smogon! Take a moment to read the Introduction to Smogon for a run-down on everything Smogon, and make sure you take some time to read the global rules.
Whatever you want to believe, dude. I just didn't want the forums I mod to become a place where you and bond697 hash out a personal dispute. Take it to the appropriate place. Looks like you finally did and that only happened after I banned you.
Just to throw in my 2 cents: You were no angel to deal with on PP. I banned you because you were trolling and refused to take your personal issues to PM or somewhere that wasn't PP's public forum.
I've got no dog in this fight otherwise.
More specifically, the sleep move to worry about is Dark Void Smeargle. I can't see something like Spore-Focus Punch Breloom being too useful since there's the 2nd opponent who can screw up Focus Punch.

If this is for the official tournament, I would not. I'd suggest looking at the Youtube links in the tournament thread and watching the videos. Many Pokemon are taking on drastically different roles in Double Battles. It's debatable if 6v6 doubles how useful they'd be, but they usually aren't...

Be warned that SPPF is lagging a lot right now.
Not very. Less switching out. Also, while you're setting up, your opponent is...
Why use Focus Sash on something that has 252 EVs in HP and 6 in physical defense? Or the reverse: If you think Metagross isn't going to be able to take a hit, then you need to pour everything into attack and speed, and keep the sash.
