Welcome to Smogon! Take a moment to read the Introduction to Smogon for a run-down on everything Smogon, and make sure you take some time to read the global rules.
Sorry to bump this ancient thread, but is this set usable? Because I ended up with a Bold Thundurus with a horrendous Speed IV (but with great SpAtk and Defenses), and was wondering if this sort of set would make up for it.
Was thinking more along the lines of balancing Sp.Def and Def...
Thanks guys! Another question: How many PP Ups are there in the game, and where are they?
Also, will a Pokemon's stats at level 100 be the same, regardless of what happened to it throughout the game?
Let's say I use Reflect with Mew, and follow it up with Transform. Will Reflect still be in effect?
And if a level 100 Mew transforms into a level 2 Rattata, will it receive any bonuses other than far higher HP?
EDIT: Assuming we're in R/B/Y, that is.
I'd personally take out Cressy for Blissey for anti-ghost and all around better special sponge, and I'd also take out Chain Chomp for Gengar, or another special sweeper. (One Dragon's enough, and you need a Special Sweeper.)

I'm not sure where this is supposed to go, so... I'm trying to get a 31/25+/28+/x/28+/x. I have two parents: a male with 31/31/30/x/31/x, and a female with 31/x/31/x/x/x. Now, I just hatched a female with 30/x/31/x/31/x. Here's the question; should I take out the old female for the new one...
@Automatic - Miracle Eye allows Psychic-type attacks to hit with all multipliers except that of Dark. Miracle Eye itself does no damage; it is ability-only. For example, Psychic moves would do 100% to Weavile (1x1(modified dark=1)x1(ice=1)), while on a Croagunk it would do 200% (1x1(modified...
@Bentendo - There's an old woman to the right of Celestia Town (as you're facing the map). She's in a foggy area, and by a rock climb pit. Rock Climb down and up, and she'll teach Draco Meteor to any Dragon who is in its final evolution and is at max happiness.
@guraboy - Look at the top of...
Mew can be caught from a Toys R Us giveaway, but its over now. It's caught on Faraway Island in Emerald Version, which you need an Old Sea Chart to get to. The item can now only be obtained by AR now, to the best of my knowledge.
Also, what sort of AR codes would permanently screw up the...
