To nominate the Ubers version of a metagame, the regular version can't be nominated already and you must have permission from the metagame leader (Snaquaza) to nominate it. Did you receive permission from Snaq?

try Fake Out or Shadow Sneak on that set.. They're weak but they are priority which is great for picking off weakened mons. It kind of worked in gen 5..
