Bull of Heaven is correct, all Fighting type moves over 75 BP are disallowed, VGM or not. This is for consistency reasons.

Hey, I was just going over your Cawmodore movepool. Even though DynamicPunch isn't a VGM, it is still a Fighting-type attack over 75 BP, so I'm fairly sure it isn't allowed. I hope removing/replacing it won't disrupt your movepool's flavour too much.
I had assumed that as it lacks any way to compensate for it's terrible accuracy it had no consideration in move pool as a competitive move, and thus existed solely as flavor.
I'll ask Darkslay about it.
