A Blissey I can always use in competitive. Nature:Timid Ability:Serene Grace EVs:4 HP, 252 SpAtk, 52 SpDef, 200 Speed Moveset: Ice Beam Seismic Toss Softboiled Aromatherapy Blissey already has low defense, so there is no real point wasting EVs on it, when its max Defense can only be 130...- Pimpz
