  1. Volcarona (Analysis)

This is hardly an anti lead since it doesn't prevent rocks or anything. I know Urugamosu at least spot can sometimes throw some opponents totally off-guard and even sweep 6-0, but that strategy usually only works against weaker players. Usually you'll be forced out early by a counter and then...
  2. Reuniclus (Analysis)

Sorry, but this is just plain wrong, although i'm not sure about your EV spread, but at least with 252 HP / 252 Def which was already suggested (and i believe is most common) almost no physical attack will KO (if it can survive Ttar's crunch and CB scizor's U-Turn then it means it is...
  3. Yanmega (Analysis) [GP 0/2]

Just a small nitpick, but Foretress doesn't resist rock (bug is weak to rock while steel resists so combo is neutral). Hitmontop on the other hand does resist rock (but it does share flying weakness with yanmega). Also, Tyranitar is weak to bug buzz and it's definetly not a counter to specs set.
  4. What aren't we writing about? (Pokemon unfit for OU Analyses)

I second this, Donphan is easily the best rapid spinner for drought teams (and those really need one). In addition to spinning and setting up SR it is excellent tyranitar switch-in (again very important for drought teams). He definetly has a niche and a pretty big one at that.
  5. Volcarona (Analysis)

I just skimmed through analysis again and all i found was one mention of ditto (which i removed).
  6. Volcarona

I used 252 HP / 252 Def moth with morning sun on drought team and it's my favourite and by far the most efficient set. If opponent doesn't pack faster pokemon with rock attacks it's extremenly difficult to stop. You just have to keep in mind that bulk is there just to allow for easier setup, it...
  7. Ninjask (Analysis)

You only mention MH taunters while pretty much any taunter can stop Ninjask from doing it's job (or at least force him to baton pass early). More importantly, phazers laugh at ninjask, as even if it baton passes, recipient will be forced out and lose all the boosts. Most common phazers are also...
  8. Volcarona (Analysis)

Hmm, lots of interest in Urugamosu all of a sudden, and i thought this thread died :). Honestly, those 4 EVs make so little difference that it's hardy worth bothering with it. I did change Offensive Dancer's spread to what you suggested but i'm keeping Bulky Dancer's spread as it is. I know...
  9. Volcarona

I suppose it could work, but why bother? You have that wonderful butterfly dance which is what makes Urgamoth so good, sub-petaya sets are pretty much wasting it's potential. As for that Swarm vs. Flame Body discussion earlier, myself i prefer Flame Body on any set, especially bulky ones. I...
  10. Ninetales (Analysis)

Maybe i just didn't notice it, but i believe you never mentioned balloon in your analysis. I think it's excellent item on Ninetales as it gives him a lot more switch-in opportunities, particulary against Hippowdon who often only runs earthquake. When facing sand team with only hippo as their...
  11. Cloyster (Analysis)

Yeah, i totally forgot about Empoleon, i guess because it is so rare nowadays. Anyways, i added mention to borh Shell Break set and Counters section. Also, i have completely rewritten Shell Breaker, with White Herb and Shell Blade as primary options now. Naive with Hydro Pump and LO still...
  12. Deoxys-S (Analysis) [QC 0/3]

If Deo-A goes to Ubers, normal Deo forme still does this better than Deo-S i guess. Also, bulk is irrelevant when switching on setup moves.
  13. Deoxys-S (Analysis) [QC 0/3]

Deoxys-A seems to be a better choice for a set like this, as he's still fast enough with scarf to outspeed Dory in the sand (although it does require speed boosting nature) and he can guarantee KO on all those pokemon. He does have horrible defenses, but that hardly matters since neither A nor S...
  14. Donphan (Analysis) [QC 0/3]

One thing that might be worth mentioning (in the overview i guess) is that Donphan is a great choice for a rapid spinmner in Drought teams (it seems to be his biggest niche atm aside from imosomewhat gimmicky endeavor set). These teams need spinner badly since fire types are weak to stealth...
  15. Venomoth (Analysis)

Just a minor nitpick, but Smeargle can also baton pass it.
