Can you only use PPRNG with Unova Link Calibration, if not and you are able to use RNG Reporter as well I'm having a bit of an issue I'm not getting any seeds at all.

so there's no way to rng a shiny starter without having got the parameters before you restart

is it possible if i find my ds parameters using black to use those same parameters to rng a shiny starter on white
