  1. Kyurem

It should be noted that Kyurem is bulkier than Probopass when both are uninvested, pretty awesome for a mon with attacking stats of 130/130/95. Also of revelance is that while Kyurem's typing may be somewhat letting down, it lacks a double weakness unlike Pert. If a Grass-type comes in, it's...
  2. Wailord

On the sleep talk set, I'd suggest 60HP/232Def/216SDef instead. You get a leftovers number in HP (496), an extra point from nature (because 216/4 + 60 * 2 + 36 = 210 ends in 0) in exchange for a negligible bit of bulk.
  3. Eviolite

Although when one's base HP is very high EV investments have comparatively low impact on the stat, it still has the advantage of boosting both defences. And now with the new Wish Chansey is definitely going to invest HP heavily.
  4. Eviolite

The problem with most prevostoners is that they are usually trying to tank on field but become vulnerable to status, mostly Toxic and especially with Porygon2/CMClops. Perhaps Daburan can be an ass in the lower tiers due to Magic Guard. Shadow Sneak may be viable on Dusclops, I know with his 70...
  5. Infernape

I agree with Groshi here, Blaziken will take over 'Nape's role but that doesn't mean the latter will fall into disuse anytime soon, maybe a 'low OU' like Weavile, Heracross, etc. It does have more immediate speed, which is not to be underestimated, and Taunt is an invaluable move agaisnt walls...
  6. Eviolite

@Perentiefan, Dragonair gets Marvel Scale now. :) With some calculations it turns out that EvoChansey is about 25% more bulky than Gira-A, the most bulky mon without item boost. That's huge, alfter some calcs I found out that she can even try switching into the infamous Specsogre Water Spout...
  7. Analytic

Why noy Porygon2? Pick Analyze, put a pre-evo stone on it, max out its bulk. Now you have a tank almost as bulky as max bulk Lugia with a prized 'reliable recovery', and the funny thing is he hits just as hard as a Timid Scarf Porygon-Z most of the time (369, assuming 1.5x). It makes a nice BP...
  8. Liepard

Lol good luck with that. Seriously, a cat does have a heart, huh? And it's a pure Dark-type. No Dark Pulse = yet another masterpiece by Troll Freak I guess she's gonna end up like the cats in previous generations, such as Persian and Purugly. Not much space for a huge boost in the 3rd...
  9. Breloom

    After STAB, that is.
  10. Vengeance

Just got the TM for this move from Aloe, pretty sure it still has double power on the next turn. I even developed a strategy to lead off with an HM slave and die on the 1st turn, then send in Futachimaru for 2x power. Competitively I don't see much usage in this move -- it's rather predictable...
  11. Deerling

Might as well change the Aglilipass set into a scarf set and invest most of the EVs into dual attacks. Bambi does look like a promising revenge killer with Jump Kick and other physical moves.
  12. Sawsbuck

What I like about Mebukijika, he's one of the few Gen V Pokemon that inherited the old 'mediocre' stat style, the slow charm of GS. And a fairly classic-looking sprite too... (Stantler anyone?) Jump Kick is a mixed blessing, Ghost-types, especially Haunter, will enjoy switching into him I guess.
  13. Salamence is Uber.

Well, I won't argue anymore as the mod asked us to stop. Again, gonna mention Kingdra for the last time - he really deserves more love now.
  14. Salamence is Uber.

So instead of being a majority community, Smogon should be a collection of a few elite players? As stated by Smogon's staff, Smogon isn't supposed to be elitist. Yet it is appars elitist. So I fancy we'd better help Smogon become more friendly and 'teachy', just like what the staff wanted to...
  15. Salamence is Uber.

Yet the tiering system, 'the Smogon Council' as it self-styled, does make an average player feel neglected, knowing how his\her input is minuscule compared to the final voters', like how the user you quoted felt. To me the Council is like a Soviet Politburo or Catholic Inquisition or something...
