The only thing i'd ask you to think about is removing Dragon Pulse on Heatran, and giving it Substitute. This would ease prediction a whole bunch, and Dragon pulse isn't that useful anyway. Max Speed Kingdra and Dragonite outrun and KO your heatran pretty easily, and I don't see Dragon Pulse...

One small nit-pick; Heat wave doesn't have better accuracy than fire blast because it gets avoided quite bit. So change to Fire Blast or Flamethrower.

Does anyone have any ideas of a Suicune replacement? It really hasn't done very well. The replacement has to be able to deal eith Mamoswine, Lucario and Heatran, while providing some offensive power.

Quick nit-pick. With those EVs, Thunderpunch is doing WAY more than Thunderbolt to Gyarados, so you may aswell add that. You have plenty of ice moves on your team, so Ice Punch could be removed for Grass Knot / Psychic.

There's no typo. Suicune's working better with the current EVs. DD Mence is a somewhat problem. Switching Suicune in on the first turn isn't always a great idea, because MixMence will destory me with a Draco Meteor. Jirachi lives a +1 Earthquake and I deal ~40% or try to paralyze it. Priority...
