    So I've RNG'd for a shiny before and succeeded multiple times... But lately, I couldn't seem to get it right. At least never got it right with the reporter in our laptop. Is there any chance that settings (or something like that) of the reporter in the laptop is different from the PC?

    I tried different stuff... Extracting, moving to the desktop, opening it... They all ended up the same... I'm not so sure if I run it straight from the archive though.. (I'm bad with computers..)

    It always says RNG reporter encountered a problem... I can't make it work in my house computer... But it works i the school computer... :(

    I was able to RNG for some shinies (Lileep, Mudkip, Staryu) in the school's comp, but I still can't open the RNG reporter at home... And I wanna do it there... I can't install the .Net framework either... This might help... I don't know much about computers... T_T So... How could I get it...
