Tiebreaker advantage is best conference record, iirc, so... it'd depend on who had the higher of that. Then there's tiebreakers from there, most points scored, etc.

If your team's speed isn't that great, you may wanna put Thunder Wave in that filler spot on your Blissey for a little more Twave support.

Gengar- Psychic has shit type coverage and Focus Blast is really much better for Gar. If you're really all that concerned about accuracy, throw Wide Lens on it, which will also help Hypnosis's Accuracy. Or, as a nifty alternate, you can stick Explosion over Psychic and pump a few Atk EVs into it...

Feraligatr probably doesn't have the physical attacking power that your team needs to successfully work in OU. It also may be why you're having trouble with Skarmbliss: Skarmory's covered but if Metagross is out of comission your Feraligatr may be in some deep shit. I'd suggest something like...
