A good cloyster counter is Ferrothorn, and I think you can replace Rotom-Wash with it. Unlike rotom, Ferrothorn can easily wall the infamous Shell Smash Cloyster and Barbanacle. Put leech seed and/or toxic, and there is a high chance the opponent will switch out to a ferrothorn counter like...
