I finally got it. I was trying to catch a scyther in Route 210 south on frame 307. i got it whit 150 flips but still dont know why it took me 150 instead of 152. So i think my problem was: 1) I got an NPC turning around but maybe it wasn't his fault cause i could keep him bloked by pressing X...

im not using a synchronizer, i don't care about the nature, but my problem is that i need to get frame 307 but i got 3 times frame 309 whit different number of flips. 307 - 2 -1 = 304. It should be 152 flips but i got frame 309 whit 152, 151 and 150 flips so i don't know why i cant get my frame.

something is wrong, i did 152, 151, 150 flips but got everytime the same pokemon on the frame 309, i can't understand why...

Even if there are no defeated or catched on the first page? And just if you open it or also when it opens when you start the game? Cause it opened when i started the game, i closed it to check my delay then opened it again to do the flips.

Ok i'm still trying to catch that scyther. my target frame is 307, so 307 - 2 (sweet scent) - 1 (number of roamers) = 304 / 2 = 152 journal flips. I hit my delay and did my flips but i got a roselia on frame 309. Did i do anything wrong? Or just an NPC out of my sight moved? I'm trying to catch...

yeah it's correct. Anyway the only thing i found about weather is this: It says IRNG so i should be fine, i'll try to catch that scyther.

yeah i tried whit pressing X and i think i can stop it from moving. So last question: Does the rain change the RNG?

ok i succesfully got a shiny egg and a shiny legendary, now i'm trying to get a scyther whit the IVs i want. He appear in route 210 and 215 but i got a NPC turning around on both the routes, so, does those NPCs advance the RNG? If they do how can i hit the right frame and delay?

yeah but you said "the same spread can be found on different spreads". so it's 1 or 2 frames before? I think i'm almost done, last thing i can't understand is how can i check and see if Starly shows up on slot 0 for example.
