That would be pretty good, although I do think a few more tweaks are required in order to make a perfectly balanced metagame. Lets be honest though, will the metagame ever be completely balanced? It'll probably continue changing slightly with the advent of new movesets and the like.

IMO, its definetaley not cheating, as your not using external devices, but merely exploting something in-game. IMHO, it is totally possible for someone to accidently get a Shiny Pokémon through Pokétch taps and the like, your not using an external codes or modifiying anything within the game...

Honchkrow is suited to life in UU IMO. With Honchkrow in UU, it means that it can be used effectively. Personally, my current UU team containing Sneasle can easily check for Honchkrow, as it can outspeed them and hit hard with a CB'd Ice Shard.
