Unless your opponent is using Hydragion or any special attacking dragon, I think Goodra may not live to even be able to counter back against a pokemon like Salamence, Dragonite, and Haxorus. Your best chance against counter dragon is to let another pokemon like Azumarill deal with a dragon...- Spectrepaw
