Yeah. On The main forums page, in the Smogon Metagames description, there's a hyperlink that says here. Click it, and it'll bring you to mibbit, an irc client. simply choose a username and proceed to log on

well then, hop on #pokemon, and mabye i can help you sort yourself out :) i'd recommend using the same nick as your username on smogon so i know who you are though
