    Just an FYI, Mega Ampharos happens to be one of the hardest Torn-T counters in existence and can bop Excadrill with Focus Blast. Raikou is bigger Exca bait as far as I'm concerned. Still, I don't care much for the nomination, but I'll just say that.

    The specially defensive set (which is arguably better) doesn't run focus blast. Good point on Torn-T. Just the problem is. It doesn't have good recovery and can get worn down really easily. These are the problems I've had with it.

    Yeah, I also agree that the SpD set is superior, but CM Raikou is practically the only viable Raikou set as far as I'm concerned, which can't touch Exca outside of being sacked. Either way, good call on the delete.
