yeah no problem. now it doesn't have draco meteor, but later if you want to trade it to me holding dragon scale, it will evolve then i can go tutor draco meteor then trade it back.

Yeah i mainly just need specific IVs such as 31 attack with 31 speed the rest can be random and specific natures. possibly egg moves taught by breeding as well.
at the top of your profile there is a button that says user CP click on it and on the left side of the screen there is a list of things you can do you want to click on edit signature and whatever you put in the signature will appear at the bottom of all of your posts.

Perfectly fine by me. Same moveset would be great - priority high IVs would be Atk, SpA and Spd. What's your policy on distribution?
