Have you tried saving before leaving the house to change the nature frame? Otherwise you'll be hitting the exact same Pokemon every time with no variance from the previous attempt (so a missed everstone will be a missed everstone the next time)

You can also repel to get higher frames without too much of a problem.

Haven't tested this, but one way is to possibly get the IVs of the failed result, input them into the Time Finder, and look for the result that is closest to your target time. There may be a quicker way, but I'm still new to all this so..

Have you tried using a different seed with a different frame? (I tend to avoid 1s for some reason) Also, to make sure, have you taken into account the differential between the time you enter the game and the time the seed is generated? For example: Seed: D206E548 Full Seed: D206E5489208D568...
