Where can I find the calculation option for the starting frame. All options I got are time finder, generate and ds parameters...is my version of the rngreporter old?

For the Mewtwo. I use Wondercard option and get a Seed. Should I bother with the frame? I mean do I start at a certain Starting frame, or should I just search for any "time" that corresponds to an appropriate IV spread and nature for the Mewtwo, start the game without C-gear and immediately talk...
