    So I've just started RNGing and I'm having a very difficult time trying to RNG a shiny Eevee. I can't seem to get it at all. One time the Chatot pitches were all correct and yet when I was apparently on the shiny frame, I didn't even encounter a Eevee using sweet scent. Could my Timer0 be wrong...
