I respectfully disagree. While some of the Pokemon models in X/Y are a letdown, the vast majority of them look great. The 3rd-gen Pokemon models in Colosseum were good by gamecube standards, but they look rather rough around the edges compared to the smooth, seamless Pokemon models in X/Y. But...

If you pet Grimer, your hand gets slowed down due to being mired in sludge, complete with sound effects. Grimer doesn't seem to mind, though. Presumably Muk works the same way.
