Other Tiers ADV 200 General Discussion Thread

The issue is you can still get good IV Latis via the Eon Ticket events, which were Ruby/Sapphire-specific (unless an Emerald copy record-mixed with a R/S copy).

I made a video about why Krabby and Kingler are my favorite Pokemon. I'm normally a Halo content creator, but wanted to take a crack at Pokemon content for once lol

February - March 7* Raids: Tera Ground Venusaur, Tera Steel Blastoise, and Tera Dragon Charizard

Can vouch for Delphox being the most consistent. Offers great DPS AND support all in one set. Solo'd first try.

February - March 7* Raids: Tera Ground Venusaur, Tera Steel Blastoise, and Tera Dragon Charizard

:goodra-hisui: Goodra-Hisui @ Air Balloon Ability: Sap Sipper Tera Type: Steel EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpD Calm Nature - Protect - Dragon Cheer - Life Dew - Skitter Smack I don't like the offensive set for online raids. Support is much better and can help your hard hitters survive...

February - March 7* Raids: Tera Ground Venusaur, Tera Steel Blastoise, and Tera Dragon Charizard

It's not a very accessible Pokemon, but Calyrex-Ice-Rider completely dominates Venusaur. :calyrex-ice: Calyrex-Ice @ Shell Bell Ability: As One (Glastrier) Tera Type: Ice EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 SpD Adamant Nature - Light Screen - Snarl - Swords Dance - Glacial Lance Using Snarl...

February - March 7* Raids: Tera Ground Venusaur, Tera Steel Blastoise, and Tera Dragon Charizard

Edit: I see Poliwrath dumping on Blastoise: :poliwrath: Poliwrath @ Metronome Ability: Water Absorb Tera Type: Fighting EVs: 252 Atk / 188 SpD / 68 Spe Adamant Nature - Belly Drum - Drain Punch - Amnesia - Taunt Speed is for neutral-natured Blastoise. Poliwrath resists the main...

February - March 7* Raids: Tera Ground Venusaur, Tera Steel Blastoise, and Tera Dragon Charizard

It'll be funny as heck if Venusaur opts for Energy Ball as its Grass STAB, making Chesnaught immune to 3 of its attacks lol. Spiky Shield will be a good option for the turns Venusaur nulls its ability. Updated my set to include it: :chesnaught: Chesnaught @ Shell Bell Ability: Bulletproof...

February - March 7* Raids: Tera Ground Venusaur, Tera Steel Blastoise, and Tera Dragon Charizard

I wouldn’t count on Pelipper. It’ll set Rain before Venusaur sets Sun, meaning the latter will win the weather battle and then smack Pelipper hard with strong Grass or Poison STAB. Manual rain will be a better answer to any Sun strategies. Chesnaught has potential, in my opinion. It resists...

February - March 7* Raids: Tera Ground Venusaur, Tera Steel Blastoise, and Tera Dragon Charizard

As part of a triple event with the KANTOOOOOO starters, we’re starting off with Tera Ground Venusaur. It’ll have Chlorophyll and will likely use Sunny Day + Growth alongside it. Tera Steel Blastoise will have Rain Dish as an ability, but not really sure what it’ll do. Shell Smash maybe? Tera...

Feb 16 - 18: 3-5* Raids Stonjourner, Eiscue, Armarouge, Ceruledge

The Stonjourner raids will be fun while using this lol :gardevoir: Gardevoir @ idk lol Ability: Trace Tera Type: Psychic EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA Bold Nature IVs: 0 Atk - Helping Hand - fillers Trace Power Spot, Helping Hand a strong SpA mon, should ideally OHKO

7-star Tera Ice Empoleon raid event (February 2-4/9-11)

I'd say Grumpig is your best bet for a mon with these traits: Grumpig @ Covert Cloak Ability: Thick Fat Tera Type: Steel EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 SpD Calm Nature IVs: 0 Atk - Simple Beam - Snarl - Sunny Day - Light Screen I've said this earlier in the thread, but Simple Beam Grumpig is...

7-star Tera Ice Empoleon raid event (February 2-4/9-11)

Because I'm greedy and want a crit + 20% extra damage. It hasn't really impacted the raids much either way when other strong Fighting-types are hammering away at it anyway. But yes you're right.

7-star Tera Ice Empoleon raid event (February 2-4/9-11)

Been running this set online, but with Black Belt and Focus Energy instead of Fake Out. Thick Fat Hariyama is strictly better than Iron Hands despite not being as strong, thanks to Thick Fat greatly improving survivability. Focus Energy is also nice to bypass the Iron Defense boost 50% of the...
