Hey vertex, how do we delete post on this new formatting?

However, if its counters HAVE been removed, then Serperior can easily abuse Leaf Storm and boost up its offensive power to tremendous levels and easily rip apart teams. It needs a bit of support to handle its counters, but it has incredible sweeping potential once they're gone. I doubt it would be broken, but I think it could be solid OU. Still, this is all theory on my part.

I see... For the most part, I agree with you. Serperior has some serious flaws in the form of poor coverage, low initial attack power, and the fact that it's boosting move and main attack move, Leaf Storm, only has 8 PP. For those reasons, it will likely need to have its counters removed more so than other sweepers before it can attempt to sweep.

you can leave comments to my suggestions here xd

I see. Infernape is more of a wall breaker to allow something else like landorus to sweep.
I still think that set would be more effective on a sun team with a different pursuit trapper like weavile/scizor.
    10. Magcargo
I'm not sure. Do you have entry hazard support from custap skarmory/Forretress?
    11. Magcargo
Yeah, infernape is pretty good on sun teams.
You are using mixed ape on a sun team correct?
    12. dark
      thanks for your advice

      yea man sure

Yeah i'll definitely take a look at it. And I highly doubt Chaos cares about how many likes any thread gets haha. Also, if this new format means we won't get hacked again, then I'm all for it.

Yes, it seems that social groups have been removed, at least for now. I heard that they're going to add them back in at some point, but that might not be for awhile...

And yes, I hate this new format too.

That thread went up without my approval (which is fine I guess), but I am watching it intently. CCAT has a history of inactivity, so you will really need to work hard to maintain discussion and interest all the way through. Get good battlers to take a look and post ideas, get RMT people to post (since most of them are good at spotting weaknesses), and yea, just keep the interest. If you can maintain a good amount of interest all the way through then it will work, but if not the thread will die and that is something im really worried about. Give it your best shot man.
    17. Pocket
the biggest challenge for CCAT is maintaining participant's interest throughout the endeavor. You should not drag each stage for too long. You must also supervise the discussion to make sure it's leading towards the right direction.

If you think you can sustain the enthusiasm for this project, then go for it
    18. Pocket
uh do you know how to do one

don't let your sole set rejection discourage you from contributing in the future!

basically, yeah. content is QC's job since they're the people who're selected for metagame knowledge & stuff! while that doesn't mean other people can't weigh in, it's really better to do that explicitly / not include content corrections in the gp stage, especially since tbh writers might not always carefully consider the edits they're making. it's not your fault; apologies if i worded anything too harshly in the thread but yeah it's definitely something i would steer clear of.

Ok so here is what we decided. Yanmega is pretty bad right now and we are considering not giving it an analysis. However, if you can gather logs showcasing its effectiveness then we may reconsider. Just make sure that you are willing to defend it if you decide to make a thread about it, and to gather good logs against good opponents, not against random scrubs that Yanmega barely does antyhig useful ok?
    22. Governess
      Late thx :)
    23. alexwolf
Ok then, i will talk with the rest of the QC team and tell you if Yanmega needs an update.
    24. alexwolf
Oh sry, i forgot you had told me you wanted Weavile, so go ahead and take it if you still want it...

You know what they say, if you can't beat 'em, join 'em. Why don't you try using one of your own?
