This is quite a balanced team, but maybe Rain Dance Kingdra? The mixed smogon set works quite nicely, and it eats up ice attacks, with dragon it's only weakness, and with Swify Swim Draco Meteor can destroy all those pesky dragons. Also, I think changing the style of your Heatran might help...
