Well, I can answer those two questions, which I tested on Heat Rotom. 4. You just delete it. I taught my Heat Rotom a TM in place of Overheat. It forgot Overheat and retained its form. 6. Overheat is replaced by Thundershock. And I'm sad that the Rotom forms can't be used on WiFi.

I would; however, Reflect has proved time and again to be a valuable asset to my team, so replacing it with Stealth Rock is going to be quite difficult on my part. I am still quite unsure about this, but I will see what works better. Thank you for your insight.
