Room you want to join specifically for SSBB stuff is #smash. Read the mIRC tutorial if you are on Windows. You can also use XChat for Windows and Linux. However, mIRC is much more user friendly than XChat is for Windows Users.

If you can't connect using the above methods, then your connection to the IRC Server we use is blocked. This is common if you go to College. To evade your College's blocking-action, go to http://www.mibbit.com. Follow these steps accordingly.

1. Click Server.
2. In the Server Address box, *enter in the following: irc.dejatoons.net:+6697
3. Enter in a nickname using the Nick box.
4. In the Channel(s) box, enter in the following: #smash

*I'd recommend entering 209.133.9.43:+6697 rather than irc.dejatoons.net:+6697 as you go to the Atarians server of the Dejatoons network. It's super stable and fast.
