Ok well I understand I guess, unfortunately. I wish people were not so quick to judge. I am completely against hacking in the first place, and I wish there was some way to prove it.

It's not only for hacking, like I said before. What we REALLY don't want is people that are pretty new joining, then leaving Smogon a week after, effectively throwing off the tournament. Now I know you'll both (olimar + nightfire) will say "but we'll be active," but even if it was true (which it very well could be), it'd be unfair to let selective people in while declining others.
Also it's almost fully for the whole "activity" thing, not hacking as people could just make PID hacks, sadly :(

Ok Ill just have to wait then to participate in these kinds of tournys. I understand. Hopefully there will be more to come.

Hmm, I could add my timid 26/x/24/29/22/29 one too, but I think that keeping the modest shaymin as the "main prize" is better.
Just my oppinion though.
