Beej's Ultimate Scout
As Beej has said, scouting is key element of every battle and a very interesting one that is. I believe a concept like that will make us learn a lot of new and interesting stuff about the metagame, mainly because it is much different from the other concepts we've had so far, since it doesn't focus on power or defense.
Also, I don't really like the idea of having a project where the focus will be a pre-existing pokemon instead of a new one (EVO is being created for that <_<), so the partner in crime idea is not really on my top 3.
