Any interest...?

With the continuing debates about certain Pokemon being banned, I would wonder if there's any interest in a tournament in which certain Pokemon are banned. I don't even really have any interest in hosting it, but I just wanted to bring up the idea. Mewtwo, Lugia, Ho-oh, Wobbuffet/Wynaut, Latias, Latios, Kyogre, Groudon, and Rayquaza WILL be banned.

Here's the list of "overpowered" Pokemon, you must make a line between the cutoff point:
Deoxys
Mew/Celebi/Jirachi
Dragonite/Tyranitar/Salamence/Metagross
Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, Suicune, Raikou, Entei, Regice, Regirock, Registeel
Snorlax
The rest of the standards

Here's the list of trapping Pokemon, you must make a line between the cutoff point:
Wobbuffet (with Shadow Tag)
Dugtrio (with Arena Trap)
Trapinch (with Arena Trap)
Magneton (with Magnet Pull)
Nosepass (with Magnet Pull)
Magnemite (with Magnet Pull)

I'll post shortly with an example of what you should do...

I feel therefore that Wobbuffet should be the only trapper banned while I would find a legendary-free environment interesting more for novelty if nothing else.

If this was to become some official tournament, I would draw the line between the Mew and Dragonite families.

Lol no Tyranitar, Zapdos, Metagross, or Salamence =d. I'd prolly ban Lax with the rest of them, because it is whored as much as they are. And most of the banned stuff made dealing with Lax a bit easier. Especially Tyranitar, Metagross, and Jirachi: With them gone, there's no real reason for Lax to use EQ. Additionally, Magneton is still allowed..it seems like Lax is getting a lot of advantage here.

Ban Dugtrio. Seriously, I wouldn't care if anything else was banned, as long as this was.

That way, people would still have access to some dominant Pokemon, like Snorlax, Suicune, etc.; at least if according to your list there.
