EDIT: yeah, I was thinking along those lines, Aura. But if I end up doing this, I will probably do 1v1, since I doubt we can get more than 10-15 players, 20 max. And 1v1 is not that broken :P

You could do it by titles ("Agile Mouse", "Fast Mouse", "Inspired Shaman", etc. ). There are over a hundred of those, and the factions could be "The Shamans," "The hard-working," and "The hackers." You could also include "Anvil God" and "Spirit" and various items as roles. Just saying.
