(Archive) Small Objective Changes Thread

http://www.smogon.com/dp/pokemon/abra

The goal of this set is to use Abra's awesome power, while attempting to get rid of its glaring weakness to priority. (First sentence in the SubAbra set, not entirely sure if the comma is necessary there, it looks awkward to me)

One of the best would be Munchlax, who isable to shake off a couple of Abra's hits and kill it with any of its attacks. (Second sentence in the Counters section)

Counters section, first paragraph, fourth sentence:

However, the best way to stop the SuAbbra set from doing significant damage to your team is simply to not let it use Substitute.

I'm not sure whether that is indeed correct or if it should say SubAbra or something.

The Steelix analysis page (http://www.smogon.com/dp/pokemon/steelix):

Steelix's Physical Defense is already impressive, so any defensive set will want to maximize its HP and Special Defense and use a Special Defense boosting nature to take advantage of it. You need as much Special Defense as possible to survive unboosted special attacks without a type-resist Berry; if you want your Steelix to pose a threat offensively, switch the HP EVs with Attack EVs, but still keep the +Special Defense nature. Without it, you're helpless to any special attack you don't resist, which is why the Choice Band set does not even bother.
Steelix doesn't have a Choice Band set (not anymore, anyway).

Set: Mixed (Priority) Attacker
Fire Blast will be your main attack, and Hidden Power is for the common Water-type switch-ins. Both Hidden Powers get the important 2HKOs on bulky Water-types such Slowbro who always falls to a Fire Blast followed by Hidden Power as long as Stealth Rock is in play.
This should be such as.

Arcanine

http://www.smogon.com/dp/pokemon/arcanine#Physical_Life_Orb

On the third sentence of the analysis of the Physical Life Orb set, "Thunder Fang and Hidden Power Grass provide decent coverage options for Arcanine, and while Thunder Fang seems like the better choice due to Arcanine's superior Attack, most of Hidden Power Grass's targets have a 4x weakness and are thus OHKOed."

There must be a space in between the comma and most. THERE JUST MUST!

In the Cloning Glitch, "Be very cautious whenusing this glitch, as it may result in the loss of saved data."

There must be a space in between when and using. THERE JUST MUST.
