Can't enter to Shoddy

OK, I start Shoddy and all normal, but when I seach for Smogon University server, it appears as 0 people where in there(impossible, right). OK, it had happened before, so I refresh, but nothing. I try to enter to the server, but when I do, it says this:

An error occurred while attempting to connect to the server:

Connection refused: connect

When I try to enter to another server, Shoddy just stops and I have to close it. Can someone help me?? Please, i beg you.

Just to let you know, I have already reinstalled Shoddy like 6 times, and it´s still the same

I know this is little help, but I am experiencing the same problem, suggesting it isn't a problem with your program, but a program with the server etc.

May be obvious now but it seems the server has been shut off for today. See this announcement.
