I don't think that Modest should get a slash for the choice Scarf set. DD dragons, Scarf chomp, Scarf Lati@s... there's way too many threats that are important to run modest. Maybe just a mention of Modest in the set comments? I told the OP to leave it slashed until the other QC guys weigh in but that's my stance on it. Apart from that this looks good.

The Modest slash needs to go, IMO. I would also like to see U-turn being slashed with Taunt on the WallBreaker set, as this is a pretty handy move that allows Borutorusu hit Pokemon like Rankurusu, Celebi, and other Psychic-types pretty hard. I'll approve the OP when these changes are made.

On the scarf set, you can forgo Volt in favor of Thunderbolt / Thunder. It gives you more firepower. I also think Energy Ball is worth a mention for Swampert, Burugeru and the likes, but mainly to reduce prediction and hit Swampert hard.

When you write sets you need to have a space between the attack name and the colon. e.g. move 1: Volt Change. I've automatically fixed this for you in the following check but I haven't bolded it since you should have been doing it anyway.

[Overview]

With an excellent base Speed of 111, wonderful mixed attacking stats, and a good set up movepool with access to priority boosting moves like Nasty Plot and Bulk Up thanks to Mischievious Heart, Borutorosu is a potent offensive threat, who can perform many different roles in teams. Its highlight is its massive base 125 Special Attack stat, and Nasty Plot, enabling it to to hit like a truck with STAB Thunderbolt and Focus Blast. It is no slouch either when it comes to physical attacking, as it has access to Bulk Up, STAB Wild Bolt, Brick Break, and U-Turn, to dent specially defensive Pokemon like Chansey, Blissey and Burungeru effectively, all of which are hit super-effectively by the right move. It also makes for an excellent lead, with access to priority Taunt and Thunder Wave, in adition to STAB Volt Change. Electric/Flying is an excellent typing as well, shared only by Zapdos and Emonga, and giving Borutorosu only 2 weaknesses, albeit to common attacking types.

However, it is not without its faults. Even though it is fast, it is still outsped by a host of Pokemon. When its middling defensive stats of 79 HP, 70 Defense, and 80 Special Defense are taken into account, Borutorosu is vulnerable to getting revenge-killed easily. Rock- and Ice-type attacks are common, and having a weakness to both can be problematic. It also has a shallow movepool, having to rely on an inaccurate Focus Blast to hit Steel-types. Still, Borutorosu is a dangerous sweeper who can tear holes in the opponent's team if allowed to set up.

First of all, this is WAY too long. I mean, seriously. You could easily cut these two paragraphs into one, but that's not my job. On top of this, the second paragraph was riddled with errors and strange prose.

[SET]
name: Nasty Plot Sweeper
move 1: Nasty Plot
move 2: Hidden Power Ice
move 3: Thunderbolt
move 4: Focus Blast / Taunt
item: Life Orb
nature: Timid
ability: Mischievious Heart
EV's: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]

Oh YEAH. After a Nasty Plot, Borutorosu hits 698 Special Atack, assuming a neutral nature. Combine that with 353 Speed, and Borotorosu is one dangerous sweeper in your hands. STAB Thunderbolt boosted by LO from 698 SpA is nothing to scoff at, as it dents Blissey and Evolution Stone Porygon2, even 2HKO'ing Max HP/Max SpD Calm Burungeru. Hidden Power Ice gives you a pseudo-BoltBeam coverage, which is resisted only by Magnezone.

Okay, no. Just no. You are writing WAY too formally. This is supposed to be a proper, informative analysis, not a magazine article. Do not make it sound like the best Pokemon ever.

For the fourth move, there are several options. Taunt stops any phazing attempts to stop your sweep, but leaves you with imperfect coverage. Focus Blast remedies this, though its poor accuracy can sometimes be a hindrance. Your choice.

THE READER IS NOT YOUR FRIEND

[ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]

The EVs are standard for any special attacker - 252 Spe EVs make Borotorosu as fast as possible while 252 SpA EVs maximize its power. Generally, Modest is not advised, since you will be outsped by 108 base speed(and onwards) Pokemon with a base Speed of 108 or higher. However, Modest +2 LO boosted Thunderbolt OHKO's Burungeru 100% of the time if boosted by Nasty Plot. Even an unboosted Life Orb Thunderbolt does ~75% to Burungeru.

The biggest roadblocks you are going to run into are walls like Blissey, Nattorei, Porygon2 and other defensive Pokemon with self-healing. This is why Taunt is so important even on this set. You can prevent their mode of recovery with Taunt, thus removing their wall and making it all that easier for Borutorosu to achieve a sweep.

Faster Pokemon are also dangerous, as they can effectively ruin Borutorosu's fun. As such, having a Thunder Wave user on your team can be very useful. An excellent example is Nattorei, who with its good defenses can take almost all attacks aimed at Borutorosu, and spread paralysis with Thunder Wave. Jirachi deserves a mention, as with Thunder Wave and STAB Iron Head, it can easily finish off paralysed Pokemon that can pose a threat to Borutorosu.

[SET]
name: Mischievious Heart
move 1: Thunderbolt / Volt Change
move 2: Thunder Wave / Focus Blast
move 3: Taunt
move 4: Hidden Power Ice
item: Life Orb
nature: Timid
ability: Mischievious Heart
EV's: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]

With access to Mischievious Heart, Taunt, and Thunder Wave, Borutorosu can function as a "support" Pokemon. The crux of this set is a priority Taunt, which completely stops entry hazard-laying Pokemon like Nattorei and Forretress and set up sweepers such as Shell Smash Cloyster. Thunder Wave helps Borutorosu cripple faster Pokemon like Starmie and Choice Scarf users, which are common switch-ins to scout the expected Taunt. However, Focus Blast is an excellent alternative, to OHKO Tyranitar and 2HKO even Nattorei. Thunderbolt is your primary STAB move choice, and with Hidden Power Ice provides excellent neutral coverage. Hidden Power Ice 2HKOes 252 HP / 0 SpD Hippowdon, and can also hurt Multi Scale Dragonite.

Volt Change is a viable option over Thunderbolt, in case you do not want to stay in. Hidden Power Ice also hits for super-effective damage on other Borutorosu. Protect can be used to scout a move, but generally it is not viable on Borutorosu. In fact, this set even works out as a great lead, preventing the setting up of any hazards by common "bulky" leads like Nattorei, Forretress and the like.

[ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]

. The EV's and nature are straightforward, giving it maximum speed, so that it is not outsped byPokemon with base 110 Speed and a positive nature. Life Orb is the item of choice here, jacking up Borutorosu's attacks. Focus Sash is almost useless, due to the prevalence of Sandstorm. Sometimes, Volt Change and Thunderbolt can be used on the same set, but you would have to drop Thunder Wave or Focus Blast in such a case.

[SET]
name: Choice Scarf
move 1: Volt Change
move 2: Focus Blast / Hammer Arm
move 3: Thunderbolt
move 4: Hidden Power Ice
item: Choice Scarf
nature: Timid
ability: Mischievious Heart
EV's: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe

[SET COMMMENTS]

Borutorosu also makes an excellent Choice Scarf user, donning the role of a revenge-killer. Timid is the preferred nature, as you will outspeed Choice Scarf Latios and Garchomp along with +1 Speed Dragon Dancers such as Gyarados, Salamence, and Dragonite at +1, which is very important when considering the prevalence of these Pokemon. They are also hit for super-effective damage by either Hidden Power Ice or Thunderbolt. The moves are pretty much self explanatory. Thunderbolt is for STAB, and is your main offense.

Either Hammer Arm or Focus Blast can be put to good use; Hammer Arm has better accuracy, but 30 BP less. It also nabs the 2HKO on Blissey. Choice Scarf negates the speed drop, but anyway Borotorosu going to be switching out frequently, so this is not a big issue. Hidden Power Ice rounds off the coverage nicely, hitting the numerous Dragon-types present in OU for super-effective damage. It also OHKOes 4 HP Shaymin-S, and hits Latios for super-effective damage.

[ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]

The EV spread remains unchanged from the other sets, since Borotorosu is trying to achieve similar goals.. Since Borutorosu sits at an odd 111 Base Speed, most of the time you are better off running a Timid nature to outspeed Choice Scarfed, positive base 110's as mentioned earlier. Charge Beam is a viable option over Thunderbolt, but Borutorosu needs to hit hard and switch; so it cannot afford to sit boosting its stats with weak attacks.

The biggest problem with this set, as with any Choice Scarf set, is that Pokemon like Blissey, Burungeru, Nattorei, and other walls can switch in freely on Borutorosu, depending on the move you are locked in. Blissey can take any attack Borutorosu throws at it (barring Hammer Arm), and provide Wish support to her team, or cripple Borutorosu for the rest of the match with Thunder Wave. Nattorei can also switch in on Thunderbolt, and start setting up Spikes. As such, having a fast Taunt user or a Magic Mirror Espeon will be very useful, as it can reflect back status and entry hazards.

[SET]
name: Mixed Stall Breaker
move 1: Thunderbolt
move 2: Hidden Power Ice
move 3: Taunt / U-Turn
move 4: Hammer Arm
item: Expert Belt / Life Orb
nature: Naive / Hasty
Ability: Mischievious Heart
EVs: 192 Atk / 64 SpA / 252 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]

With its 125 / 115 mixed offensive stats of 115 Attack and 125 Special Attack, and 111 base Speed, Borutorosu is an excellent candidate for a mixed stall breaker set. With the given 3 moves, it gets neutral coverage on everything except Shedinja. F[/B]or the fourth move, there are 2 options; Taunt aids Borutorosu a lot in shutting down Pokemon like Nattorei, Skarmory, Forretress, and Blissey; whereas U-Turn deals hefty damage to Celebi and Rankurusu who think they can take a hit and set up.

Thunderbolt is your main STAB option, as Wild Bolt has less BP, and also results in recoil damage. Hammer Arm and Hidden Power Ice round off the moveset nicely, providing neutral coverage as mentioned. With the 192 Atk EV's and Expert Belt, Hammer Arm always 2HKOes 252 HP / 252 Def Bold Blissey and Nattorei. You can also shut them down with Taunt, so that eliminating them does not become bothersome. The Speed drops can also be remedied by simply switching out.

Taunt is compulsory on this set, as it helps you fulfill your role as a Stall breaker perfectly. This time, you have no problems about juggling different moves, as these three moves are all Borutorosu needs to get perfect coverage. Expert Belt helps you bluff a Choice item, to lure in the aforementioned Pokemon.

[ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]

The EVs require some explanation. Even though you have only one physical move, 192 Atk EVs are required to 2HKO 252 HP / 252 SpD Blissey. 252 Speed EVs and either a Naive or Hasty nature to maximise your Speed, since you cannot run Timid or Jolly. Either way, it does not matter, since Borutorosu is not going to take too many hits anyway. Life Orb is also a viable item, but the 10% recoil every turn means that it is not going to last long. You also lose the ability to bluff a Choice item and lure walls in.

As usual, faster Pokemon will be a full stop to Borutorosu. Thunder Wave support is of great use to Borutorosu. Since it cannot spare a moveslot for Thunder Wave itself, a Pokemon such as Jirachi can be very useful with its Steel-typing, providing resistances to both of Borutorosu's weaknesses. Blissey can also spread paralysis, and provide Wish support to Borutorosu. Nattorei can provide slow HP restoration with Leech Seed, and also has Thunder Wave.

[TEAM OPTIONS]

Borutorosu has a glaring Stealth Rock weakness. This especially affects the Choice Scarf set, where Borutorosu will be switching in and out frequently. Tentacruel, in addition to providing Rapid Spin, can also lay down Toxic Spikes. Rapid Spin Doryuzuu is another excellent option, and can help you take advantage of Sandstorm teams. Life Orb Starmie is another good option for providing Rapid Spinning duties.

As mentioned, Borutorosu also appreciates paralysis support, to help it sweep easily, since it does not have a moveslot to spare for Thunder Wave on offensive sets. Jirachi is an excellent option -having great defensive synergy with Borutorosu- as it has resistances to both Rock- and Ice-type attacks. It can also provide Wish support, to help enhance Borutorosu's longevity. It can also eliminate Nattorei and Blissey (with Fire Punch and STAB Iron Head respectively), two common switch-ins to specially attacking Borutorosu. Bronzong is another option, having the same typing as Jirachi, but with Hypnosis instead of Thunder Wave, with which it can make setting up much easier for Borutorosu. Nattorei is another excellent option for spreading paralysis, as it also provides Leech Seed support, in addition to laying down Spikes.

Lastly, should Borutorosu lack Taunt or Brick Break, it needs a reliable method of eliminating special walls which stand in its way, such as Blissey. Guts BulkUp Roobushin is an excellent partner for Borutorosu, as it can set up on walls like Blissey, Nattorei, and Evolution Stone Porygon2. A 252 HP / 252 SpD / 4 Atk spread will make Roobushin very hard to take down by the mentioned walls, as it also has a reliable method of recovery in Drain Punch.

[OPTIONAL CHANGES]

On the Lead set, you can drop Thunder Wave, and have both Volt Change and Thunderbolt, thus allowing you to retain the ability to 2HKO Drizzle Politoed, and switch out of Pokemon which threaten Borutorosu. However, it should be noted that Volt Change will not work on Pokemon with an immunity to Electric attacks (Volt Absorb, Ground types). To remedy this, you can use U-Turn.

You can even go with Life Orb and 3 attacks on the lead set; Hammer Arm can be used to good effect, as it always OHKOes lead Tyranitar. For this purpose, either Volt Change or Thunder Wave can be dropped to make way for Hammer Arm.

On the Nasty Plot set, if you are worried about Focus Blast's poor accuracy, you can replace it with Brick Break, though this is not advisable, since you lose a lot of power in return for reliability. However, Brick Break also removes Reflect and Light Screen from the battlefield; use it if you hate Focus Blast's poor accuracy.

Toxic is another interesting option; even though Borutorosu does not have the defenses to attempt Toxic stalling, it can status walls, and switch out, before taking too much damage, with Volt Change, leaving the stage clear for your staller to come in. This can be put to great use especially when you do not want to waste a slot on Toxic on your staller. Wish Blissey benefits immensely, as she can run two recovery moves (Wish / Softboiled / Protect / Sesimic Toss) to stall out the poisoned foe.

[COUNTERS]

Special walls like Blissey take little damage from Borutorosu's unboosted attacks, and can wear it down quickly with Life Orb recoil and Seismic Toss. However, Borutorosu can easily cripple such Pokemon, with a priority Taunt. As such, bulky Pokemon which can take a hit, and OHKO in return are Borutorosu's best counters. Evolution Stone Porygon2 is a prime example of such a Pokemon, as it can take any of Borutorosu's unboosted attacks (though Hammer Arm may do substantial damage), and OHKO in return with Ice Beam.

Bulk Up Roobushin is another good example, as a defensive EV spread of 252 HP / 252 SpD / 4 Atk will drastically reduce the damage Roobushin will take, while a super-effective Stone Edge or Rock Slide will send Borutorosu to its grave. It can also set up Bulk Up on physical Borutorosu sets.

As mentioned, Choice Scarf Magnezone resists both Thunderbolt and Hidden Power Ice, and can take a Brick Break with its high Defense. Choice Scarf Magnezone also outspeeds Borutorosu, and 2HKOes with STAB Thunderbolt. However, it needs to be wary of Focus Blast, which will OHKO if it hits. This can be remedied by running Hidden Power Ice on Magnezone, to ensure an OHKO.

Specially defensive Zapdos also deserves a mention, as it never gets 2HKOedby Hidden Power Ice (takes 40% on average), and 2HKOes Borutorosu (taking Life Orb recoil into account) with either STAB Thunderbolt or Hidden Power Ice.

Pokemon which outspeed Borutorosu will put a complete fullstop to it. Starmie, Weavile, and Choice Scarf Tyranitar are all great examples; as they can all OHKO Borotorosu with a super-effective move. Should Borutorosu run a Choice Scarf, Blissey, Nattorei and other walls (depending on what move Borutorosu is locked into) can freely switch in, and stall out Borutorosu, though you would be highly to not switch out in the first place.

For all boosting sweeper sets, Choice Scarf Ditto is the best possible counter in existence, as it can copy all stat boosts, and OHKO in return with Thunderbolt, Wild Bolt, or Hidden Power Ice. In general, it is best to determine what exact set Borutorosu is running, before you attempt to counter it, as one wrong decision based on pure guesswork can make you lose you the game.

[DREAM WORLD]

Borutorosu gets a completely useless ability through the Dream World: Competitive Spirit(Increases attack when stats are lowered. Self-induced stat lowering does not activate this ability). Moves which lower stats are rare, and the chances that they would do so are even rarer. It is not as if Borutorosu needs another ability; Mischievious Heart is as good as it gets.

This was EXTREMELY POOR. First of all, you really need to re-read several on-site analyses to see how the prose is written. You are not advertising this Pokemon for use, you are instructing people how to use it. You should not be informal with them, make sure you use correct terminology and proper English language.
On top of this, there were several grammatical and punctuational errors - you need to work on your English skills as a whole, since while there were some correct patches, it was inconsistent and substandard as a whole.
Make sure you proofread your work yourself once or twice before asking for GP checks, since it lowers the work we need to do and helps you improve on your own writing ability.

I am sorry if I sound harsh, but the GP Team isn't here to clean up your mistakes, it's to make sure anything that goes on site is of good quality. Please try to improve for next time.

I rarely do this, but I am withholding my GP stamp until all these changes are made.

You still haven't fixed the formatting issue on your sets. It's still "move 1:Thunderbolt". There needs to be a space. Otherwise,

I plan on doing a proofread, but I'm not an offical GPer. Will edit this within a day.

[Overview]

(Remove the space between
and the beginning of the sentence) With an excellent base Speed of 111, wonderful mixed attacking stats, and a good movepool with access to priority boosting moves like Nasty Plot and Bulk Up thanks to Mischievous Heart, Borutorosu is a potent offensive threat, who can perform many different roles in teams. Its highlight is its massive base 125 Special Attack stat-and Nasty Plot, enabling it to to hit like a truck with STAB Thunderbolt and Focus Blast. Rock- and Ice- type attacks are common, and having a weakness to both can be problematic. It also must rely on an inaccurate Focus Blast to hit Steel-types. (You mention a nice movepool in the first paragraph and a shallow movepool in the next) Still, Borutorosu is a dangerous sweeper, who can tear holes in the opponent's team if allowed to set up.

[SET COMMENTS]

After a Nasty Plot, Borutorosu hits an amazing 698 Special Atack, assuming a neutral nature. Combine that with 353 Speed, and Borutorosu is one dangerous sweeper. (Get rid of the space between "sweeper" and the period) STAB Thunderbolt boosted by LO from 698 SpA is nothing to scoff at, as it dents Blissey and Evolution Stone Porygon2, even 2HKOing Max HP / Max SpD Calm Burungeru. Hidden Power Ice gives you a pseudo BoltBeam coverage, which is resisted only by Magnezone.

For the fourth move, there are several options. Taunt stops any phazing attempts to stop your sweep, but leaves you with imperfect coverage. Focus Blast remedies this, though its poor accuracy can sometimes be a hindrance.

[ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]

(Remove the space between the
and beginning of the first sentence) The EVs are standard for any special attacker: 252 Spe EVs make Borutorosu as fast as possible while 252 SpA EVs maximize its power. Generally, Modest is not advised, since you will be outsped by Pokemon with a base Speed of 108 or higher. However, Modest Thunderbolt OHKOs Burungeru every time if boosted by Nasty Plot. Even an unboosted Life Orb Thunderbolt does at least 75% to Burungeru.

The biggest roadblocks you are going to run into are walls like Blissey, Nattorei, Porygon2 and other defensive Pokemon with self-healing. This is why Taunt is so important on this set. [SET COMMENTS]

With access to Mischievous Heart, (remove extra space between "heart" and comma) Taunt, and Thunder Wave, Borutorosu can function well as a "support" Pokemon. The crux of this set is a priority Taunt, which stops entry hazard laying Pokemon dead in their trackslike Nattorei and Forretress, but also destroying set up sweepers such as Shell Break Cloyster. Thunder Wave helps Borutorosu cripple faster Pokemon like Starmie and Choice Scarf users, which are common switch-ins to scout the expected Taunt. However, Focus Blast is an excellent alternative, to OHKO Tyranitar and 2HKO Nattorei. Thunderbolt is your primary STAB move choice, and with Hidden Power Ice provides excellent neutral coverage. Hidden Power Ice 2HKOes 252 HP / 0 SpD Hippowdon, and can also put a nice dent in Multi Scale Dragonite, along with other Borutorosu.

Life Orb Starmie is another good option for providing Rapid Spin.

As mentioned, Borutorosu also appreciates paralysis support, to help it sweep easily, since it does not have a moveslot to spare for Thunder Wave on offensive sets. Jirachi is an excellent option as it has resistances to both Rock and Ice type attacks. Jirachi can also provide Wish support, to help enhance Borutorosu's longevity. Jirachi can also destroys Nattorei and Blissey with Fire Punch and Iron head, respectively, two common switch-ins to specially attacking Borutorosu.

Roobushin is an excellent partner for Borutorosu, as it can set up on walls like Blissey, Nattorei, and Evolution Stone Porygon2. A 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Spd spread will make Roobushin very hard to take down by the mentioned walls, as it also has a reliable method of recovery in Drain Punch.

Toxic is another interesting option; even though Borutorosu does not have the defenses to attempt Toxic stalling, it can status walls and switch out, before taking too much damage with Volt Change, leaving the stage clear for your staller to come in. This can be put to great use especially when you do not want to waste a slot on Toxic on your staller. Wish Blissey benefits immensely, as she can run two recovery moves, Wish and Softboiled, to stall out the poisoned foe.

[COUNTERS]

Special walls like Blissey take little damage from Borutorosu's unboosted attacks, and can wear it down quickly with Life Orb recoil and Seismic Toss. However, Borutorosu can easily cripple such Pokemon with a priority Taunt. As such, bulky Pokemon which can take a hit, and OHKO in return are Borutorosu's best counters. Evolution Stone Porygon2 is a prime example of such a Pokemon, as it can take any of Borutorosu's unboosted attacks (though Hammer Arm might do substantial damage), and OHKO in return with Ice Beam.

Bulk Up Roobushin is another good example, as a defensive 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD will drastically reduce the damage Roobushin will take, while a super-effective Stone Edge or Rock Slide will send Borutorosu to its grave. It can also set up Bulk Up on physical Borutorosu sets.

As mentioned, Choice Scarf Magnezone resists both Thunderbolt and Hidden Power Ice, and can take a Brick Break with its high Defense. Choice Scarf Magnezone also outspeeds Borutorosu and 2HKOes with STAB Thunderbolt. However, it needs to be wary of Focus Blast, which will OHKO if it hits. This can be remedied by running Hidden Power Ice on Magnezone, to ensure an OHKO.

Specially defensive Zapdos also deserves a mention, as it never gets 2HKOed by Hidden Power Ice (taking 40% on average), and 2HKOes Borutorosu (taking Life Orb recoil into account) with its own Thunderbolt or Hidden Power Ice.

Pokemon which outspeed Borutorosu will put a complete stop to it. Starmie, Weavile, and Choice Scarf Tyranitar are all great examples, as they can all OHKO it with a super effective move. Should Borutorosu run a Choice Scarf, Blissey, Nattorei and other walls (depending on what move Borutorosu is locked into) can freely switch in, and stall out Borutorosu, though you would be highly foolish to not switch out in the first place.

For all boosting sweeper sets, Choice Scarf Ditto is the best possible counter in existence, as it can copy all stat boosts, and OHKO in return with Thunderbolt, (remove the space between Thunderbolt and the comma) Wild Bolt, or Hidden Power Ice. In general, it is best to determine the exact set Borutorosu is running before you attempt to counter it, as one wrong decision based on pure guesswork can lose you the game.

[DREAM WORLD]

Borutorosu gets a completely useless ability through the Dream World-Competitive Spirit. Moves which lower stats are rare, and the chances that they would do so are even rarer.
(Remove the space between the ending sentence and
)

Gone through, probably missed a lot though. >_>

I know this analysis has gone through QC, but I find it honestly weird that it doesn't mention Grass Knot somewhere, it hits so much stuff, like Hippowdon, TTar and Swampert and just a useful coverage move in general. As for the analysis it self, I think it looks chopped up, you need to beef up your paragraphs in my opinion, not that hard, considering there is so much to be said about Borutorosu.

GP Check 2/3

[Overview]

With an excellent base Speed of 111, wonderful mixed attacking stats, and a good movepool with access to priority boosting moves like Nasty Plot and Bulk Up thanks to Mischievious Heart, Borutorosu is a potent offensive threat, who can perform many different roles in teams. Its highlight is its massive base 125 Special Attack stat-and stat and Nasty Plot, enabling it to to hit like a truck with STAB Thunderbolt. It is no slouch either when it comes to performing physically, as it has access to Bulk Up, STAB Wild Bolt, Brick Break and U-Turn- to dent specially defensive Pokemon like Chansey, Blissey,(comma) and Burungeru effectively, who can all be hit super-effectively super effectively by the right move. It also makes for an excellent lead,(omit comma) with access to priority Taunt and Thunder Wave, in adition addition to STAB Volt Change. Electric/Flying is an excellent typing as well, shared only by Zapdos and Emonga, and giving givesBorutorosu only 2 weaknesses , albeit to common attacking types. to Rock- and Ice-type attacks.

However, it Borutorosu is not without its faults. Even though it is fast, it is still outsped by a host of Pokemon. With its middling defensive stats of 79 HP, 70 Defense, and 80 Special Defense, Borutorosu is vulnerable to getting revenge killed easily revenged. Rock- and Ice- type attacks are common, and having a weakness to both can be problematic. It also has a shallow movepool, having to rely on an inaccurate Focus Blast to hit Steel-types. Still, Borutorosu is a dangerous sweeper, (omit comma) who can tear holes in the opponent's team if allowed to set up.

[SET]
name: Nasty Plot Sweeper
move 1: Nasty Plot
move 2: Thunderbolt
move 3: Hidden Power Ice
move 4: Focus Blast / Taunt
item: Life Orb
ability: Mischievious Heart
nature: Timid
EV's: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]

After a Nasty Plot, Borutorosu hits an amazing 698 Special Atack, assuming with a neutral nature. Combine that Combined with 353 Speed, and Borutorosu is one becomes a dangerous sweeper. STAB Thunderbolt boosted by LO from 698 SpA off of 698 Special Attack and boosted by Life Orb is nothing to scoff at, as it and dents Blissey and Evolution Stone Porygon2, even 2HKOing Max HP/ Max Spl Def Calm 252 HP / 252 Sp Def Burungeru, with a positive nature.

The EVs are standard for any special attacker. - (period, not dash) 252 Spe Speed EVs make Borotorosu as fast as possible while 252 SpA Special Attack EVs maximize its power.

You can prevent their recovery with Taunt as well, thus removing their wall and making it much easier for Borutorosu to achieve a sweep.

Jirachi deserves a mention, as with Thunder Wave and STAB Iron Head, (omit comma) it can easily finish off paralyzed Pokemon that usually pose a threat to Borutorosu.

[SET]
name: Mischievous Heart
move 1: Thunderbolt / Volt Change
move 2: Thunder Wave / Focus Blast
move 3: Taunt
move 4: Hidden Power Ice
item: Life Orb
ability: Mischievous Heart
nature: Timid
EV's: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]

With access to Mischievious Heart, (no space) Taunt, and Thunder Wave, Borutorosu can function as a "support" support Pokemon. The crux of this set is a priority Taunt, which stops entry hazard laying Pokemon like Nattorei and Forretress and set up sweepers such as Shell Smash Cloyster. Thunder Wave helps Borutorosu cripple faster Pokemon like Starmie and Choice Scarf users, which are common switch-ins to scout the expected Taunt. However, Focus Blast is an excellent alternative, to as it OHKOes Tyranitar and 2HKOes Nattorei. Thunderbolt is your primary STAB move choice, and with Hidden Power Ice provides excellent neutral coverage. Hidden Power Ice 2HKOes 252 HP / 0 SpD Hippowdon, and can also hurt Multi Scale Dragonite.

Volt Change is a viable option over Thunderbolt, in case if you do not want to stay in. Hidden Power Ice also hits for super-effective super effective damage on other Borutorosu. Protect can be used to scout a move, but generally it is not viable on Borutorosu. In fact, this set even works out as a great lead, preventing the setting up of any hazards by common leads like Nattorei, Forretress and the like.

[ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]

The EV's EVs and nature are straightforward, giving it maximum speed Speed, so that it is not outsped by Pokemon with base 110 speed and a positive nature. Life Orb is the item of choice here, jacking up Borutorosu's attacks. Focus Sash is almost useless, due to the prevalence of Sandstorm. Sometimes, Volt Change and Thunderbolt can be used on the same set, but you would have to drop Thunder Wave or Focus Blast in such a case.

[SET]
name: Choice Scarf
move 1: Volt Change
move 2: Focus Blast / Hammer Arm
move 3: Thunderbolt
move 4: Hidden Power Ice
item: Choice Scarf
nature: Timid
ability: Mischievious Heart
EV's: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe

[SET COMMMENTS]

Borutorosu also makes an excellent Choice Scarf user, donning the role of a revenge-killer revenge killer. Timid is the preferred nature, as you will outspeed Coice Choice Scarf Latios and Garchomp along with Dragon Dancers such as Gyarados, Salamence, and Dragonite at +1, which is very important when considering the prevalence of these Pokemon. They are also hit for super-effective super effective damage by either Hidden Power Ice or Thunderbolt.

Either Hammer Arm or Focus Blast can be put to good use; Hammer Arm has better accuracy, but 30 20 BP less. It also nabs the 2HKO on Blissey. Choice Scarf negates the speed drop, but Borutorosu is going to be switching out frequently, so this is not a big issue. Hidden Power Ice rounds off the coverage nicely, hitting the numerous Dragon types Dragon-types present in OU for super effective damage. It also OHKOes 4 HP Shaymin-S, and hits Latios for super effective damage.

[ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]

The EV spread remains unchanged from the other sets, since Borotorosu is trying to achieve similar goals. Since Borutorosu sits at an odd 111 Base Speed, most of the time you are better off running a Timid nature to outspeed Choice Scarf, positive natured base 110's Speed Pokemon as mentioned earlier. Charge Beam is a viable option over Thunderbolt, but Borutorosu needs to hit hard and switch; , (comma > semicolon) so it cannot afford to sit boosting its stats with weak attacks.

The biggest problem with this set, as with any Choice Scarf set, is that Pokemon like Blissey, Burungeru, Nattorei, and other walls can switch in freely on Borutorosu, depending on the move you are locked in. Blissey can take any attack Borutorosu throws at it (barring Hammer Arm), barring Hammer Arm, and provide Wish support to her team, or cripple Borutorosu for the rest of the match with Thunder Wave. Nattorei can also switch in on Thunderbolt, and start setting and set up Spikes. As such, having a fast Taunt user or a Magic Mirror Espeon will be very useful, as it can reflect back status and entry hazards.

[SET]
name: Mixed Stall Breaker
move 1: Thunderbolt
move 2: Hidden Power Ice
move 3: Taunt / U-Turn
move 4: Hammer Arm
item: Expert Belt / Life Orb
nature: Naive / Hasty
Ability: Mischievious Heart
EVs: 192 Atk / 64 SpA / 252 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]

With its mixed offensive stats of 115 Attack and 125 Special Attack and 111 base Speed, Borutorosu is an excellent candidate for a mixed stall breaker set. With the given 3 moves, it gets neutral coverage on everything except Shedinja. For the fourth move, there are 2 options; : (colon > semicolon) Taunt aids Borutorosu a lot in shutting down Pokemon like Nattorei, Skarmory, Forretress, and Blissey whereas U-Turn deals hefty damage to Celebi and Rankurusu who think they can take a hit and set up.

Thunderbolt is your main STAB option, as Wild Bolt has less BP, and also results in recoil damage recoil damage and less BP. Hammer Arm and Hidden Power Ice round off the moveset nicely, providing neutral coverage as mentioned. With the 192 Atk EV's EVs and Expert Belt, Hammer Arm always 2HKOes 252 HP / 252 Def Bold Blissey and Nattorei. You can also shut them down with Taunt, so that eliminating them does not become bothersome. The Speed drops can also be remedied by simply switching out.

Taunt is compulsory on this set, as it helps you fulfill your role as a Stall stall breaker perfectly.

252 Speed EVs and either a Naive or Hasty nature to maximise maximize Speed, since you cannot run Timid or Jolly.

Since it cannot spare a moveslot for Thunder Wave itself, a Pokemon such as Jirachi can be very useful with its Steel typing, providing resistances to both of Borutorosu's weaknesses.

Life Orb Starmie is another good option for providing Rapid Spin.

As mentioned, Borutorosu also appreciates paralysis support, (omit comma) to help it sweep easily, since it does not have a moveslot to spare for Thunder Wave on offensive sets. Jirachi is an excellent option as it has resistances to both Rock and Ice type Rock- and Ice-type attacks. It can also provide Wish support, (omit comma) to help enhance Borutorosu's longevity.

Lastly, should Borutorosu lack Taunt or Brick Break Hammer Arm, it needs a reliable method of eliminating special walls which stand in its way, such as Blissey. Roobushin is an excellent partner for Borutorosu, as it can set up on walls like Blissey, Nattorei, and Evolution Stone Porygon2. A 252 HP / 252 SpD / 4 Atk spread will make Roobushin very hard to take down by the mentioned walls, as it also has a reliable method of recovery in Drain Punch.

[OPTIONAL CHANGES]

On the Lead set, you can drop Thunder Wave, and have both Volt Change and Thunderbolt; thus , allowing you to retain the ability to 2HKO Drizzle Politoed, and switch out of Pokemon which who threaten Borutorosu. However, it should be noted that Volt Change will not work on Pokemon with an immunity to Electric-type attacks (Volt Absorb, Ground types), such as Ground-types and those with Volt Absorb. To remedy this, (omit comma) you can use U-Turn.

Wish Blissey benefits immensely, as she can run two recovery moves ( Wish / Softboiled / Protect / Sesimic Toss) an extra recovery move instead of Toxic to stall out the poisoned foe.

[COUNTERS]

However, Borutorosu can easily cripple such Pokemon with a priority Taunt. As such, bulky Pokemon which can take a hit, and OHKO in return are Borutorosu's best counters. Evolution Stone Porygon2 is a prime example of such a Pokemon, as it can take any of Borutorosu's unboosted attacks (though Hammer Arm might do substantial damage), aside from Hammer Arm, and OHKO in return with Ice Beam.

Bulk Up Roobushin is another good example, as a defensive 252 HP / 252 Spl. Def/ 4 Atk spread of 252 HP / 252 Sp Def / 4 Atk will drastically reduce the damage Roobushin will take, while a super-effective super effective Stone Edge or Rock Slide will send Borutorosu to its grave.

Specially Defensive Zapdos also deserves a mention, as it never gets 2HKOed by Hidden Power Ice (taking 40% on average), and 2HKOes Borutorosu (taking Life Orb recoil into account) , with Life Orb recoil, with either STAB Thunderbolt or Hidden Power Ice.

Pokemon which outspeed Borutorosu will put a complete stop to it. Should Borutorosu run a Choice Scarf, Blissey, Nattorei and other walls (depending on what move Borutorosu is locked into) can freely switch in, and stall out Borutorosu, though you would be highly foolish to not switch out in the first place.

For all boosting sweeper sets, Choice Scarf Ditto is the best possible counter in existence, as it can copy all stat boosts, and OHKO in return with Thunderbolt, Wild Bolt, or Hidden Power Ice. In general, it is best to determine the exact set Borutorosu is running before you attempt to counter it, as one wrong decision can lose the game.
(Eccentric Ditto hasn't been released)

In all honesty, this was still really bad even after two checks. This definitely needs a 3rd check. Every writer should be proofreading his own writing and not leaving it up to GP to do. That's not what we're here for.

After you make these changes, go through on your own to catch to make sure you got everything, or something I may have missed. Also, make sure all HTML

tags are correct. Once you edit this stuff in I'll stamp it.

As such, having a fast Taunt user or a Magic Mirror Espeonpokemon [Xatu might be useful] will be very useful, as it can reflect back status and entry hazards.

[SET]
name: Mixed Stall Breaker
move 1: Thunderbolt
move 2: Hidden Power Ice
move 3: Taunt / U-Turn
move 4: Hammer Arm
item: Expert Belt / Life Orb
nature: Naive / Hasty
Ability: Mischievous Heart
EVs: 192 Atk / 64 SpA / 252 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]

With its mixed offensive stats of 115 Attack and 125 Special Attack and 111 base Speed, Borutorosu is an excellent candidate for a mixed stall breaker set. With the given 3 moves, it gets neutral coverage on everything except Shedinja. For the fourth move, there are 2 options; Taunt aids Borutorosu a lot in shutting down Pokemon like Nattorei, Skarmory, Forretress, and Blissey, whereas U-Turn deals hefty damage to Celebi and Rankurusu who think they can take a hit and set up.

Thunderbolt is your main STAB option, as Wild Bolt has less BPBase Power, and also results in recoil damage.

Taunt is compulsory on this set, as it helps you fulfill your role as a Stall breakerstallbreaker perfectly.

252 Speed EVs and either a Naive or Hasty nature to maximize Speed, since you cannot run Timid or Jolly.

Since it cannot spare a moveslot for Thunder Wave itself, a Pokemon such as Jirachi can be very useful with its Steel typing, providing resistances to both of Borutorosu's weaknesses. Blissey can also spread paralysis, and provide Wish support to Borutorosu. Nattorei also has Thunder Wave, and can provide slow HP restoration with Leech Seed, and also has Thunder Wave.

Life Orb Starmie is another good option for providing Rapid Spin

As mentioned, Borutorosu also appreciates paralysis support, to help it sweep easily, since it does not have a moveslot to spare for Thunder Wave on offensive sets. Jirachi is an excellent option as it has resistances to both Rock and Ice type attacks. It can also provide Wish support, to help enhance Borutorosu's longevity. It can also eliminate Nattorei and Blissey (with Fire Punch and STAB Iron Head respectively), two common switch-ins to specially attackingoffensive Borutorosu.

Roobushin is an excellent partner for Borutorosu, as it can set up on walls like Blissey, Nattorei, and Evolution Stone Porygon2. A 252 HP / 252 SpD / 4 Atk spread will make Roobushin very hard to take down by the mentioned walls, asand it also has a reliable method of recovery in Drain Punch.

[OPTIONAL CHANGES]

On the Lead set, you can drop Thunder Wave, and have both Volt Change and Thunderbolt; thus allowingthis will allow you to retain the ability to 2HKO Drizzle Politoed, and switch out of Pokemon whichwhom threaten Borutorosu. However, it should be noted that Volt Change will not work on Pokemon with an immunity to Electric attacks (Volt Absorb,or Ground types). To remedy this, you canmay use U-Turn instead.

Wish Blissey benefits immensely, as she can run two recovery moves ( Wish / Softboiled / Protect / Sesimic Toss) to stall out the poisoned foe.

Bulk Up Roobushin is another good example, as a defensive 252 HP / 252 Sp.D / 4 Atk will drastically reduce the damage Roobushin will take, while a super-effective Stone Edge or Rock Slide will send Borutorosu to its grave.

Specially defensive Zapdos also deserves a mention, as it never gets 2HKOed by Hidden Power Ice (taking 40% on average), and 2HKOes Borutorosu (taking Life Orb recoil into account) with either STAB Thunderbolt or Hidden Power Ice.

Pokemon which outspeed Borutorosu will put a complete stop to it. Starmie, Weavile, and Choice Scarf Tyranitar are all great examples; as they can all OHKO it with a super-effective move. Should Borutorosu run a Choice Scarf, Blissey, Nattorei, and other walls (depending on what move Borutorosu is locked into) can freely switch in, and stall out Borutorosu, though you would be highly foolish to not switch out in the first place.

For all boosting sweeper sets, Choice Scarf Ditto is the best possible counter in existence, as it can copy all stat boosts, and OHKO in return with Thunderbolt, Wild Bolt, or Hidden Power Ice. In general, it is best to determine the exact set Borutorosu is running before you attempt to counter it, as one wrong decision can lose the game [Should this be under Dream World?].

[DREAM WORLD]

Borutorosu gets a completely useless ability through the Dream World-Competitive Spirit. Moves which lower stats are rare, and the chances that they would do so are even rarer.

Good job. Should Dream World counters be listed under Counters or Dream World?

[Overview]

(No space between
and the beginning of the paragraph)With an excellent base Speed of 111, wonderful mixed attacking stats, and a good movepool with access to priority boosting moves like Nasty Plot and Bulk Up thanks to Mischievious Heart, Borutorosu is a potent offensive threat, who can perform many different roles in teams. Its highlight is its massive base 125 Special Attack stat-and Nasty Plot, enabling it to to hit like a truck with STAB Thunderbolt. It is no slouch either when it comes to performing physically, as it has access to Bulk Up, STAB Wild Bolt, Brick Break and U-Turn- to dent specially defensive Pokemon such as (Too much repetition of the word 'like') Chansey, Blissey and Burungeru effectively, who can all be hit for super-effective by the right move. It also makes for an excellent lead, with access to priority Taunt and Thunder Wave, in addition to STAB Volt Change. Electric/Flying is an excellent typing as well, shared only by Zapdos and Emonga, and giving Borutorosu only 2 weaknesses, albeit to common attacking types.

However, it is not without its faults. Even though it is fast, it is still outsped by a host of Pokemon. With its middling defensive stats of 79 HP, 70 Defense, and 80 Special Defense, Borutorosu is vulnerable to getting revenge killed easily. Rock- and Ice- type attacks are common, and having a weakness to both can be problematic. It also has a shallow movepool, having to rely on an inaccurate Focus Blast to hit Steel-types. Nevertheless, Borutorosu is a dangerous sweeper, who can tear holes in the opponent's team if allowed to set up.

[SET]
name: Nasty Plot Sweeper
move 1: Nasty Plot
move 2: Thunderbolt
move 3: Hidden Power Ice
move 4: Focus Blast / Taunt
item: Life Orb
ability: Mischievious Heart
nature: Timid
EV's: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]

After a Nasty Plot, Borutorosu hits an amazing 698 Special Atack, assuming a neutral nature. Combine that with 353 Speed, and Borutorosu is one dangerous sweeper. STAB Thunderbolt boosted by LO from 698 SpA is nothing to scoff at, as it dents Blissey and Evolution Stone Porygon2, even 2HKOing Max HP/ Max Special Defense Calm Burungeru. Hidden Power Ice gives you a pseudo BoltBeam coverage, which is resisted only by Magnezone.

For the fourth move, there are several options. Taunt stops any phazing attempts to stop its (you should be referring to the Pokemon, not the player) sweep, but leaves you with imperfect coverage. Focus Blast remedies this, though its poor accuracy can sometimes be a hindrance.

[ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]

The EVs are standard for any special attacker - 252 Speed EVs make Borotorosu as fast as possible while 252 SpA EVs maximize its power. Generally, a Modest nature is not advised, since you will be outsped by Pokemon with a base Speed of 108 or higher.

You can prevent their recovery with Taunt as well, thus removing their wall and making it much easier for Borutorosu to achieve a sweep.

Jirachi deserves a mention, as with Thunder Wave and STAB Iron Head, it can easily finish off paralyzed Pokemon that usually pose a threat to Borutorosu.

move 3: Taunt
move 4: Hidden Power Ice

EV's: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]

With access to Mischievious Heart(No space), Taunt, and Thunder Wave, Borutorosu can function as a "support" Pokemon. The crux of this set is a priority Taunt, which stops entry hazard laying Pokemon the likes of Nattorei and Forretress and set up sweepers such as Shell Smash Cloyster setting up entry hazards. Hidden Power Ice 2HKOes 252 HP / 0 SpD Hippowdon, and can also hurt Multi Scale Dragonite.
(No space between the full stop and '
')

Volt Change is a viable option over Thunderbolt, in case you do not want to stay in. Hidden Power Ice also hits for super-effective damage on other Borutorosu. Protect can be used to scout a move, but generally it is not viable on Borutorosu. In fact, this set even works out as a great lead, preventing the setting up of any hazards by common leads like Nattorei, Forretress and the like.

[ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]

The EV's and nature are straightforward, giving it maximum speed, so that it is not outsped by Pokemon with base 110 speed and a positive nature. Life Orb is the item of choice here, jacking up Borutorosu's attacks. Focus Sash is almost useless, due to the prevalence of Sandstorm. Sometimes, Volt Change and Thunderbolt can be used on the same set, but you would have to drop Thunder Wave or Focus Blast in such a case.

[SET]
name: Choice Scarf
move 1: Volt Change
move 2: Focus Blast / Hammer Arm
move 3: Thunderbolt
move 4: Hidden Power Ice

[SET COMMMENTS]
(insert space)

Borutorosu also makes an excellent Choice Scarf user, donning the role of a revenge-killer. Timid is the preferred nature, as you will outspeed Choice Scarf Latios and Garchomp along with Dragon Dancers such as Gyarados, Salamence, and Dragonite at +1, which is very important when considering the prevalence of these Pokemon. They are also hit for super-effective damage by either Hidden Power Ice or Thunderbolt.

Either Hammer Arm or Focus Blast can be put to good use; Hammer Arm has better accuracy, but 30 BP less. It also nabs the 2HKO on Blissey. Choice Scarf negates the speed drop, but Borutorosu is going to be switching out frequently, so this is not a big issue. Hidden Power Ice rounds off the coverage nicely, hitting the numerous Dragon types present in OU for super effective damage. It also OHKOes 4 HP Shaymin-S, and hits Latios for super effective damage.

[ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]

The EV spread remains unchanged from the other sets, since Borotorosu is trying to achieve similar goals. Borutorosu sits at an odd 111 Base Speed, most of the time you are better off running a Timid nature to outspeed Choice Scarf, positive natured base 110's as mentioned earlier. Wouldn't neutral STAB Thunderbolt deal more damage than x2 HP Ice (142.5 base power as opposed to 140)? If that's so, how would Thunderbolt 2HKO whilst HP Ice OHKOs?

After a Nasty Plot, Borutorosu hits an amazing 698 Special Atack with a neutral Timid nature. With 353 Speed as well, Borutorosu becomes a dangerous sweeper. This in tandem with its high Speed stat means that Borutorosu becomes a very dangerous sweeper after a boost. STAB Thunderbolt boosted by Life Orb from 698 Special Attack is nothing to scoff at, and dents Blissey and Evolution Stone Porygon2, even 2HKOing OHKOing 252 HP / 252 SpD Calm Burungeru, with a positive nature. Hidden Power Ice gives you a pseudo BoltBeam coverage, which is resisted only by Magnezone Hidden Power Ice hits Grass-, Ground-, and Dragon-types that resist Thunderbolt, and with the two moves together, Borutorosu achieves almost universal coverage, with the exception of Magnezone, Volt Absorb Lanturn, and Shedinja.

For the fourth move, there are several options. Taunt stops any phazing attempts to stop your sweep, and also helps to neutralize Blissey and Nattorei, but leaves you with imperfect coverage. Focus Blast remedies this, allowing you to hit Steel-types such as Nattorei harder, as well as gaining super effective hits on Tyranitar, Blissey, and Porygon2, though its poor accuracy can be a hindrance.

[ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]

The EVs are standard for any fast special attacker. 252 Speed EVs make Borotorosu as fast as possible while 252 Special Attack EVs maximize its power. A Timid nature is recommended in order to ensure that Borutorosu will not be outsped by anything below its base Speed stat, and for this reason Generally, a Modest nature is not advised , since you will be outsped by Pokemon with a base Speed of 108 or higher. However, Modest Thunderbolt OHKOs Burungeru all the time if boosted by Nasty Plot. Even an unboosted Life Orb Thunderbolt does at least 75% to Burungeru.

The biggest roadblocks you are going to run into are walls like Blissey, Nattorei, Porygon2,(comma) and other defensive Pokemon with self-healing. This is why Taunt is so important on this set. You can prevent their recovery with Taunt, making it much easier for Borutorosu to break through their defenses and achieve a sweep. It also stops Nattorei from using Leech Seed or Thunder Wave to cripple you.

Faster Pokemon are also dangerous, as they can effectively easily ruin Borutorosu's fun through revenge killing. As such, having a Thunder Wave user on your team can be very useful. An excellent example is Nattorei, who can take almost all attacks aimed at Borutorosu, and spread paralysis with Thunder Wave. Jirachi also deserves a mention, as with Thunder Wave and STAB Iron Head, it can easily finish off paralyzed Pokemon that usually pose a threat to Borutorosu.

[SET]
name: Mischievous Heart
move 1: Thunderbolt / Volt Change
move 2: Thunder Wave / Focus Blast
move 3: Taunt
move 4: Hidden Power Ice
item: Life Orb
ability: Mischievous Heart
nature: Timid
EV's: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]

With access to Mischievous Heart, Taunt, and Thunder Wave, Borutorosu can function as a support Pokemon. The crux of this set is a priority Taunt, which stops the likes of Nattorei and Forretress setting up entry hazards. Thunder Wave helps Borutorosu cripple faster Pokemon like Starmie and Choice Scarf users, who are common switch-ins to scout the expected Taunt. However, Focus Blast is an excellent alternative, allowing you to OHKO Tyranitar and 2HKO Nattorei.

Thunderbolt is your primary STAB move, providing the perfect balance of reliability and power choice. It provides excellent neutral coverage in conjuction with Hidden Power Ice, which 2HKOes 252 HP / 0 SpD Hippowdon and Multi Scale Dragonite. Hidden Power Ice is your best coverage option to complement your STAB move, hitting almost all those who resist Thunderbolt for at least neutral damage, 2HKOing Hippowdon and Multi-Scale Dragonite.

On the other hand, Volt Change is a viable option over Thunderbolt, if you do not want to stay in intend to stick around long enough for a counter to turn up. However, this means you lose vital power. Hidden Power Ice also hits for super effective damage on other Borutorosu. Protect can be used to scout a move, but generally is not viable on Borutorosu. This set can also work well out as a great lead, preventing the likes of Nattorei and Forretress Deoxys-S from setting up entry hazards.

[ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]

The EVs and nature are straightforward, giving it maximum Speed, so that it is not outsped by Pokemon with base 110 speed and a positive nature more vulnerable to revenge killing than it already is. Life Orb is the item of choice here, boosting the power of Borutorosu's attacks even further. Focus Sash is almost useless, due to the prevalence of Sandstorm. However, if you intend to use Borutorosu as a lead, Focus Sash could be more worthwhile to ensure Borutorosu's continued survival. Sometimes, Volt Change and Thunderbolt can be used on the same set, but you would have to drop Thunder Wave or Focus Blast in such a case, which seriously undermines Borutorosu's effectiveness.

[SET]
name: Choice Scarf
move 1: Thunderbolt
move 2: Hidden Power Ice
move 3: Focus Blast / Hammer Arm
move 4: Volt Change
item: Choice Scarf
ability: Mischievous Heart
nature: Timid
EV's: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]

Borutorosu also makes an excellent Choice Scarf user, donning the role of a revenge killer. Running a Timid nature is best, as you will outspeed Choice Scarf Latios and Garchomp along with Dragon Dancers such as Gyarados, Salamence, and Dragonite, which is very important when considering the prevalence of these Pokemon. They are also hit for super effective damage by either Hidden Power Ice or Thunderbolt.

Either Hammer Arm or Focus Blast can be put to good use; Hammer Arm has better accuracy, and also nabs the 2HKO on Blissey. However, it has 30 less base power and comes off Borutorosu's weaker Attack, not to mention lowering Borotorosu's Speed stat, which is somewhat counterproductive on this set. Of course, Borutorosu will not be staying in for very long and Choice Scarf negates the resulting speed drop(s) somewhat, but Borutorosu is going to be switching out frequently, so this is not a big issue. Hidden Power Ice rounds off the coverage nicely, hitting the numerous Dragon-types present in OU for super effective damage. It also OHKOes 4 HP Shaymin-S, and hits Latios for super effective damage.

[ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]

The EV spread remains unchanged from the other sets, since Borutorosu is trying to achieve similar goals. Since Borutorosu sits at an odd 111 Base Speed, you are better off running a Timid nature to outspeed Choice Scarf, positive natured base 110 Speed Pokemon as mentioned earlier. Charge Beam is a viable option over Thunderbolt, but Borutorosu needs to hit hard and switch, so it cannot afford to sit boosting its stats with weak attacks.

The biggest problem with this set is that Pokemon like Blissey, Burungeru, Nattorei, and other walls can switch in freely, depending on the move you are locked into. Blissey can take any attack Borutorosu throws at it, barring Hammer Arm, and provide Wish support to her team, or cripple Borutorosu for the rest of the match with Thunder Wave. Nattorei can also switch in on Thunderbolt, and set up Spikes. As such, having another fast user of Taunt or a Magic Mirror user like Espeon or Xatu will be very useful, as it can reflect back status and entry hazards.

[SET]
name: Mixed Stall Breaker
move 1: Thunderbolt
move 2: Hidden Power Ice
move 3: Hammer Arm
move 4: Taunt / U-Turn
item: Expert Belt
ability: Mischievous Heart
nature: Naive / Hasty
EVs: 192 Atk / 64 SpA / 252 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]

With its mixed offensive stats of 115 Attack and 125 Special Attack and 111 base Speed, Borutorosu is an excellent candidate for a mixed stallbreaker set. With the given 3 moves, it gets neutral coverage on everything bar Shedinja. For the fourth move, there are 2 options; Taunt aids Borutorosu a lot in shutting down Pokemon like Nattorei, Skarmory, Forretress, and Blissey whereas U-turn deals hefty damage to Celebi and Rankurusu who think they can take a hit and set up.

Thunderbolt is your main STAB option, as Wild Bolt has recoil damage and less base power. Hammer Arm and Hidden Power Ice round off the moveset nicely, providing neutral coverage as mentioned. Hammer Arm always 2HKOes 252 HP / 252 Def Bold Blissey and Nattorei, who can also be shut down by Taunt so that eliminating them does not become bothersome. The Speed drops can also be remedied by simply switching out.

Taunt is compulsory on this set, as it helps you fulfill your role as a stallbreaker perfectly.

Even though you have only one physical move, 192 Attack EVs are required to 2HKO 252 HP / 252 SpD Blissey as mentioned earlier. 252 Speed EVs and either a Naive or Hasty nature are used to maximize Speed, since you cannot run a Timid or a Jolly nature. Either way, it does not matter, since Borutorosu is not going to take too many hits anyway. Life Orb is also a viable item, but the 10% recoil every turn means that it is not going to last long. You also lose the ability to bluff a choice Choice item and lure walls in.

As usual, faster Pokemon will be a full stop to Borutorosu. Thunder Wave support is of great use to Borutorosu. Since it cannot spare a moveslot for Thunder Wave itself, a Pokemon such as Jirachi can be very useful with its Steel typing, providing resistances to both of Borutorosu's weaknesses. Blissey can spread paralysis, and also provide Wish support to Borutorosu. Nattorei also has Thunder Wave and can provide slow HP restoration with Leech Seed.

[Team Options]

Borutorosu has a glaring Stealth Rock weakness. This especially affects the Choice Scarf set, where Borutorosu will be switching in and out frequently. Tentacruel, in addition to providing Rapid Spin, can also lay down Toxic Spikes, which helps in combating Blissey and Porygon2. Rapid Spin Doryuzuu Doryuuzu is another excellent option, and can help you take advantage of opposing Sandstorm sandstorm teams. Life Orb Starmie is another good option for providing Rapid Spin.

As mentioned, Borutorosu also appreciates paralysis support to help it sweep more easily, since it does not have a moveslot to spare for Thunder Wave on offensive sets. Jirachi is an excellent option as it has resistances to both Rock- and Ice-type attacks. It can also provide Wish support to help enhance Borutorosu's longevity, and eliminate Nattorei and Blissey (with Fire Punch and STAB Iron Head respectively) which are common switch-ins to Borutorosu. Bronzong is another option, having the same typing as Jirachi, but with Hypnosis instead of Thunder Wave, with which can help Borutorosu to set up more easily it can make setting up much easier for Borutorosu. Nattorei is another excellent option for spreading paralysis, as it can also provide Leech Seed support and lay down Spikes.

Lastly, should Borutorosu lack Taunt or Hammer Arm, it needs a reliable method of eliminating special walls which stand in its way, such as Blissey. Roobushin is an excellent partner for Borutorosu, as it can set up on walls like Blissey, Nattorei, and Evolution Stone Porygon2. A 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD spread will make Roobushin very hard to take down by the aforementioned walls, as it also has reliable recovery in STAB Drain Punch.

[Optional Changes]

On the Lead Support set, you can drop Thunder Wave, and have both Volt Change and Thunderbolt, allowing you to retain the ability to 2HKO Drizzle Politoed, and switch out of Pokemon which threaten Borutorosu. However, it should be noted that Volt Change will not work on Pokemon with an immunity to Electric-type attacks. To remedy this, you may use U-Turn instead.

You can even go with Life Orb and 3 attacks on the lead Support set; Hammer Arm can be used to good effect, as it always OHKOes lead Tyranitar.

However, Brick Break also removes the effects of Reflect and Light Screen.

Toxic is another interesting option; even though Borutorosu does not have the defenses to attempt Toxic stalling, it can status walls and switch out with Volt Change, before taking too much damage, leaving the stage clear for your staller to come in. This can be put to great use especially when you do not want to waste a slot on Toxic on your staller. Wish Blissey benefits immensely, as she can run an extra recovery move instead of Toxic to stall out the poisoned foe.

In terms of alternative boosting moves, Bulk Up is an option to help with physical sweeping, and can work in tandem with STAB Wild Bolt, and other physical options such as Brick Break and Crunch. However, both Borutorosu's physical movepool and defensive stats are rarely up to snuff for this sort of set. Lastly, Charge Beam is an option, but Borutorosu needs to hit hard and switch, so it cannot afford to sit boosting its stats with weak attacks. Also, Nasty Plot is generally always the better choice for a boosting move.

[Counters]

Special walls take little damage from Borutorosu's unboosted attacks, and can wear it down quickly with Life Orb recoil and Seismic Toss. However, Borutorosu can easily cripple such Pokemon with Taunt. As such, bulky Pokemon which can take a hit,(remove) and OHKO in return are Borutorosu's best counters. Evolution Stone Porygon2 is a prime example of such a Pokemon, as it can take any of Borutorosu's unboosted attacks barring Hammer Arm, and OHKO in return with Ice Beam.

Bulk Up Roobushin is another good example, as an EV spread of 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD will drastically reduce the damage Roobushin will take, while super effective Stone Edge or Rock Slide will send Borutorosu to its grave. It can also set up Bulk Up on physical Borutorosu sets.

Choice Scarf Magnezone resists both Thunderbolt and Hidden Power Ice, and can take a Brick Break with its high Defense. Choice Scarf Magnezone also outspeeds Borutorosu and 2HKOes with either its own STAB Thunderbolt or Hidden Power Ice. However, it needs to be wary of Focus Blast, which will OHKO if it hits.

Specially Defensive Zapdos also deserves a mention, as it never gets 2HKOed by Hidden Power Ice and 2HKOes Borutorosu, with Life Orb recoil, with its own STAB Thunderbolt or Hidden Power Ice.

Lastly, Pokemon which outspeed Borutorosu will put a complete stop to it. Starmie, Weavile, and Choice Scarf Tyranitar are all great examples as they can all OHKO it with a super effective move. Should Borutorosu run a Choice Scarf, Blissey, Nattorei and other walls can freely switch in, and stall out Borutorosu, though you would be highly foolish to not switch out in the first place.

[Dream World]

Borutorosu gets a completely useless ability through the Dream WorldCompetitive Spirit. Moves which lower stats are rare, and the chances that they would do so are even rarer. However, it could be of use on a Bulk Up set, as it makes Borutorosu effectively immune to Intimidate.

Not going to lie, there were still a lot of problems, though it got better as I got further down the analysis (or maybe I just got more lazy). As it is, however, I want to request a fourth GP check before I am satisfied that this meets Smogon's quality standards.

Withholding stamp until changes are made.

EDIT: OK, Calm Pokemaster has sent me a PM stating that he has made the recommended changes. I still feel that this analysis requires another GP check, since on skimming through I noticed a few spacing errors eg.

After a Nasty Plot, Borutorosu hits an amazing 698 Special Atack with a Timid nature. This in tandem with its high Speed stat means that Borutorosu becomes a very dangerous sweeper after a boost. STAB Thunderbolt boosted by Life Orb from 698 Special Attack is nothing to scoff at, even OHKOing 252 HP / 252 SpD Calm Burungeru. Hidden Power Ice hits Grass-, Ground-, and Dragon-types that resist Thunderbolt, and with the two moves together, Borutorosu achieves almost universal coverage, with the exception of Magnezone, Volt Absorb Lanturn, and Shedinja.

Fix this, and I have no qualms about stamping this.

However, remember what I said about a fourth GP check.

Yes, fixed that too. I will try and correct spacing errors if I see any myself. Sigh, guess I have to contact another GP member for hopefully the last GP check. I really hate my timezone sometimes...

[Overview]

With an excellent base Speed of 111, wonderful mixed attacking stats, and a good movepool, Borutorosu is a potent offensive threat, who can perform many different roles in teams.
No comma needed after threat.

I've personally found that the Mixed Stall-breaker set is the most effective followed by the Mischievous Heart set. Nasty Plot just hasn't been that great for me. While it isn't of extreme importance, you might consider changing the order of the sets.

Kill me if I'm wrong, but iirc, 4 HP is a SR number. Thus move the HP to defence to make it sliiiiightly more efficient. Magnet is also a mentionable option (more reliable than Expert Belt and doesn't cause you to lose HP in the near perpetual Sandstorm of OU).

Competitive Spirit should be used over Mischievious Heart on the Scarf set since you have no non-attacking moves, and it prevents Porygon2 from Tracing Mischievious Heart and causing no end of trouble. It might also come in handy if you're hit by a stat dropping move.

A few minor nitpicks:
It is no slouch either when performing physically,
"It is no slouch when performing physically either," sounds better imo.
A Timid nature is recommended in order to ensure that Borutorosu will not be outsped by anything below its base Speed stat, and for this reason, a Modest nature is not advised..
There's two full stops at the end there.
Running a Timid nature is best, as you will outspeed Choice Scarf Latios and Garchomp along with Dragon Dancers such as Gyarados, Salamence, and Dragonite, which is very important when considering the prevalence of these Pokemon.
Perhaps don't mention Gyarados here. I haven't played 5th gen much but even so I haven't seen a mention of DDGyara anywhere.
Of course, Borutorosu will not be staying in for very long andChoice Scarf negates the resulting speed drop(s)
Needs a space in there.
it can status walls and switch out with Volt Change, before taking too much damage
Imo this comma is unnecessary.

Just nitpicking... Electric/Flying is also shared by Rotom-S (in the overview), and one of the Borutorosus came out as Borotorosu in the first set's additional comments ^_^.

This is why Taunt is so important on this set. You can prevent their recovery with Taunt, making it much easier for Borutorosu to break through their defenses and achieve a sweep. It also stops Nattorei from using Leech Seed or Thunder Wave to cripple you
Gyro ball does 68% to 81%, why would he want to cripple you when he can outright OHKO you After SR or any prior damage? the ony thing that will stop nattorei is a Focus blast. IMO taunt should not be slashed at all. Nattorei and Ttar are way more common than blissey.
