No Secondary Ability
I changed my vote, because I realized that giving it this as a second ability, along with the fact that it'll likely get Roost, could possibly make it too defensive. Even if it doesn't get Roost, giving it this ability could lead it into more of a utility Pokemon than a momentum Pokemon, and I don't want another generation of consistently Top 10 CAPs. We don't need it to be totally awesome, just to fulfill it's concept. Intimidate does that well enough, I think.
