Pokemon Online Tiers

Just wondering about the tiers on the program because I am having troubles trying to figure out which is which. I checked the help page and it said it allows Wifi-Battles does it use all the rules for WiFi or something?

The wifi clause means that both players can see both teams and reorganize their own team before the match begins. That's literally it. It's called that because it's a part of the wifi battles using the DS console and cartridge Pokemon games. Next time, use the SQSA thread for these questions.
