The formula was run and OU is 53 Pokemon (with tornadus being the last OU Pokemon). Everything after that is currently UU.
We're going to move into this slowly, since OU is still fairly unstable, so many Pokemon could shift up and down in the coming months. We more than likely won't start suspect testing for at least a month. But in the time being, we're still going to have some fun with it. The ladder should be up reasonably soon. Feel free to discuss here like it's an np thread and read the rules thread for how to proceed on making individual threads.
