(OU) Gimmick'd

Hello!
This team somewhat relies on heavy prediction and careful planning.
I am looking for comments, advice and suggestions on move replacements, pokemon replacements and nature/ev swapping.

The team is not by any means perfect.
Spoilers contain logs and pokemon that previously held a position.

Slot 1:

Smeargle
Position: Lead/ Set up crippler
Moveset: Trick, Spikes, Spore, Encore
Item: Choice Scarf
Ev's: 248 hp, 40 def, 220 spe
Ability: Own Tempo
Nature: Jolly/Timid

Use:
The first thing to be aware of when using this lead is determining whether your opponent is a slower, set up lead or a lead breaker. Spore the breaker's and Trick set up leads.
If it was a set up lead you've likely locked them into SR, Taunt or Spikes. They will switch and you Spore, allowing you to effectively disable a counter and scout out some parts of their team. I typically proceed to lay out some spikes and then switch. If they were locked into Taunt, switch to Feraligatr.
If it was a lead breaker, more prediction is required. My first move is to spore it. I then typically switch in to Feraligatr or Zapdos, depending on the threat.
Later in the game, Smeargle loves to come in on Calm Mind Suicune, Blissey and other support pokemon and force an encore.

Slot 2:

Feraligatr
Position: Early game scout/ Late game sweeper
Moveset: Swords Dance, Aqua Jet, Return, Crunch
Item: Life Orb
Ev's: 24 hp, 252 atk, 232 spe
Nature: Jolly

Use: Early in the game, Feraligatr gives you a chance to see further counters and help unveil the foe's team. Feraligatr's main threats at this point are Celebi, Shymin and Choice Specs Rotom. If Rotom is brought out, I switch to Donphan unless it is Mow/Wash Rotom which pack Leaf Storm/Hydro Pump respectively. If Mow/Wash Rotom is brought out, I switch to Miltank. Once it is determined that Rotom does not have Specs, Feraligatr can survive one Thunderbolt and typically outspeeds with Crunch.
Late use is best against a defensive support pokemon who allows at least one Swords Dance. If you know a Rotom is hiding around, Crunch on the switch and remove the threat. If you know a Shymin or an offensive Celebi is hiding, Feraligatr needs to wait until the threats are cleared.
Feraligatr needs to be careful he is not doing something that Gyarados can better pull off. Access to Swords Dance and a priority move, when applied properly, can prove to be a more immediate threat than Gyarados, and you won't find yourself dreading to switch him out as you might with a + 4-6 Gyarados. At +4, Feraligatr 2hko's everything in OU.

Slot 3:

Zapdos
Position: Special attacker + defender
Moveset: Heat Wave, Hidden Power Ground, Thunderbolt, Roost
Item: Leftovers
Ev's: 248 hp, 228 spd, 32 spe
Nature: Calm

Use: Without Heat Wave, this team is easily swept by Shymin, offensive Celebi and the occasional offensive Abamosnow. Hp Ground allows Zapdos to hit Heatran and Thunderbolt covers the water types that threaten Feraligatr with Hp Electric.
Perish Trap Mismagius, Energy Ball, Perish Song, Mean Look, Protect

Slot 4:

Slowbro
Position: Physical wall
Moveset: Amnesia, Slack off, Toxic, Surf
Item: Leftovers
Ev's: 252 hp, 252 def, 4 spd
Ability: Own Tempo
Nature: Bold

Use: While many question the use of Slowbro over Suicune in OU, a perfect Machamp counter, Amnesia and instant recovery can become fairly attractive.
Slowbro is typically brought in against physical threats that don't pack pursuit or crunch. His set is fairly straight forward and, with moderate prediction, can be an extremely effective tank.
Specially Defensive Dragonite, Dragon Dance, Dragon Claw, Roost, Roar

Slot 5:

Donphan
Position: Physical wall/ Rapid Spin
Moveset: Earthquake, Ice Shard, Assurance, Rapid Spin
Item: Leftovers
Ev's: 244 Hp, 188 Atk, 68 Def, 8 spe
Nature: Adamant

Use: Donphan is my favored Rapid Spinner because of his access to Ice Shard. Assurance helps take out Spin Blockers which are typically a problem for Feraligatr, and Ice Shard 2hko's Flygon and most Dragonite. When presented with a strong special counter, switch to Zapdos. If however it is a pokemon which typically packs Ice Beam, switch to Miltank.
Specially Defensive Starmie, Rapid Spin, Thunderbolt, Psychic, Recover

Donphan was taken over Starmie because it can also act as a capable defensive wall.
Slot 6:

Miltank
Position: Special Wall/ Cleric
Moveset: Return, Curse, Heal Bell, Milk Drink
Item: Leftovers
Ev's: 252 Hp, 4 Def, 252 Spd
Ability: Scrappy
Nature: Careful

Use: While Blissey is obviously a much better special wall and cleric, Miltanks ability to set up and sweep makes her a very serious threat, as well as a great support pokemon. Miltank survives modest Focus Blast from Gengar if he is not Spec'd and, if she already has a curse up, can retaliate with Return. Miltanks unique ability creates a relatively unique niche in any environment, and with proper support can prove to be a very viable option. Miltank can't just be thrown into any team, but in this, Zapdos handles what Miltank can't, and vice verse.

There are a few pokemon that likely will not be considered, being Blissey, Suicune and Gyarados covering Miltank, Slowbro and Feraligatr respectively.
The team requires a lot of unpredictability, and those three pokemon have been carefully looked over. I tried to include reasons in each pokemons description.

Thanks for reading!

Comments, whether negative or positive, are greatly appreciated.

Not to good with rating gimmick teams but I'll try. Gatr and bro are very viable though. Anyway your team has pretty much no chance against the common stall team as Forry can easily spike up against half of your team, while rest tak gyarados + bliss will pretty much wall and phaze this team to oblivion. Offensively, threats like leech seed shaymin can pretty much wall and beat your whole team with seed flare, as even Zapdos won't be able to beat it. Taunt + DD gyara also has a good shot at a sweep if Zapdos has taken SR damage, and chesto kingdra will set up easily as well if you waste time trying to toxic it with Slowbro. Jolteon and subsplit Gengar can also cruise through your team. I'd also watch out for sweepers like Lucario who can hurt this team badly as well. Mixnite gets free KOs all over the place. Your team also lacks stealth rock which makes it alot more difficult for gatr to get a sweep.

I can't fix all of these problems, but changing a few sets might be able to deal with most of it. To deal with physical threats more effectively, I'd run a more coverage based set on Slowbro. It is a utility counter to stuff but you need to run the right moves. Running ice beam and hidden power electric let it check most OU dragon dancers barring Kingdra. Running a curse Snorlax over Miltank will give you an advantage against Gengar, Zapdos, Rotom, and Jolteon because Miltank usually just gets 2HKOd. Against stall teams you can just save lax as the last poke as the common stall team nowadays does not use a perish song Celebi. Leech seed shaymin is still a big threat to this team because it will get past Zapdos and Snorlax/Miltank. Rotom with trick can also beat most of your team too. I'd try a Skarmory over Donphan. It will stop Breloom, enemy Celebi, Shaymin, Skarm can also stop kingdra and wall Flygon. It isn't the best stall breaker but it does give stall trouble with taunt.

Changes:
-Fix Slowbro's set
-Replace Miltank with Curselax
-skarm over donphan
-SR over spikes on smeargle

Sets:

Slowbro @ Leftovers
Bold, 252 Hp / 252 Def / 6 SpA
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Hidden Power Electric
- Slack Off

Snorlax @ Leftovers
Careful, 188 Hp / 104 Def / 216 SpD
- Curse
- Crunch
- Body Slam
- Rest

Skarmory @ Leftovers
Impish, 252 HP / 224 SpD / 36 Spe
- Taunt / Brave Bird
- Spikes
- Whirlwind
- Roost

You probably won't like the snorlax but its probably the best way to defend against the special threats that zapdos can't handle without really changing alot of stuff. Slowbro is more efficient now and can easily stop Dragonite, Gyarados, Infernape, ect. Skarm beats grass types like Shaymin and Celebi. Spikes + Sr make it easy to sweep with gatr. Taunt and Snorlax beat stall, with lax helping against stall a bit too.

Skarmory is definitely something to look into as I do have quite a problem with Breloom, but I don't know if it's worth losing rapid spin. Sr over spikes makes sense if I'm running Skarmory.. I do like snorlax, but I really do need a cleric.
I've been trying a Careful, 252 hp 252 spdef Umbreon with Wish, Protect, Heal bell and toxic.
Umbreon in that sense is completely outclassed by wish blissey.. So I may be going against my wishes and end up running her.

I find myself using Toxic on Slowbro a lot, so I think I'd be running it over hp electric.

Thanks a bunch, I'll look into Skarmory and the new slowbro set. :)
