There's lots of stuff that didn't make the cut, and one of them is sableye. Honestly, the only thing people will be using Sableye for is Prankster, which is incompatible with whatever his XD move is (I honestly don't remember, but we used our best judgment then and the decision won't change). Sorry sableye :(
