Yeah, but that's 90%, and the OHKO on Jelli is not on Torna, allowing it to set up tw, and then Scrafty can come in for a Moxie bonus. Alternatively you could use Ice Beam, which is an OHKO. Or you just gang up using Torna's Acrobatics.

There is only 35 power between se HP Ice and ne HP Fly. If you're really worried about Ground types, use Ice Punch on Scrafty.

You often waste Electric Gem on some pokemon that has like 30 HP. Not to mention Charti Berry allows you to take 50% from Terrakions Rock Slide.

And Ice beam does not kill Thundurus. It does less than Water Spout...
