@SimonSays: Super-Complex Challanges are my specialty. (Well, I do just about everything except hard challenges, so that's not exactly accurate.) Give me a few minutes to do some research, and I'll edit the challenge into this post.
EDIT: You get MC Hammer the Shedinja! Even as a Nincada, this little guy has admired MC Hammer, but, unfortunately, he ends up running his life pretty much the way Hammer did. Here's his life story:
Nincada- The Early Days: When you catch Nincada, you must name him Stanley, since that's MC Hammer's real name. You must catch him before you fight Roxanne so he can get experience being out in the world. MC Hammer started off working as a bat boy for the Oakland A's, so Stanley must never use a move in battle while fighting a Pokemon with a name beginning with A. He also did beatboxing at the Oakland Coliseum, and he wants to spread this joy to Muted, so he must always be sent out with Muted in double battles (if you want to use one, you must use both). MC Hammer wanted to be a professional baseball player as a kid, so Stanley must learn and keep Mind Reader, so he can always tell what type of pitch is being thrown. Unfortunately, MC Hammer failed to make it onto the San Francisco Giants, so Stanley must faint immediately after using Mind Reader (Marill used Water Gun, Stanley used Mind Reader; Marill used Water Gun, Stanley fainted) in order to evolve, at which point he must immediately forget Mind Reader. (He must evolve at the next level-up after this occurs, and it must be before Level 25.) Also, once he evolves, he must solo every Pokemon taller than him that he is sent out against, since they are obviously Giants.
Shedinja- Rap Career and Beyond: You must get a Shedinja from evolving Stanley, since that's the only way he can legitimately sing "U Can't Touch This." As soon as you can, rename him MC Hammer. The next restrictions begin to apply at the indicated level and continue to apply forever: Level 25: MC Hammer is very close friends with Vanilla Ice, so he may never use any move while in battle against an Ice-type, even if they are taller than him. Level 28: His third album was Please Hammer, Don't Hurt 'Em, "'em" meaning his fellow rappers, so he may never use any move while in battle against a Pokemon that can learn Wrap. Level 31: His fourth album was Too Legit to Quit, so he may never switch out unless he is facing a Pokemon he can't attack. He has no moveset restrictions other than never learning Mind Reader until he reaches Level 35. At this point, he begins spending so much money on music videos and a touring group that he can't afford any move with over 80 Base Power before STAB. At Level 40, this limit drops to 60. (Hidden Power, Frustration, and Return count as having 0 Base Power.) However, he wants to get his glory back, so he must solo Steven's Aggron and Metagross. Unfortunately, he never reclaims his former glory, so he must faint against one of Steven's other Pokemon (this will be tricky!).
And that is the story of MC Hammer the Shedinja. Good luck!
