Predictions:

Two of the most underappreciated but skilled players on the community duke it out. However, both are also 2 of the most inconsistent players in the game today and really have no clear cut edge over the other in skill IMO : basically whoever's on their game that day will steal the win. So I'm giving Council the pick because he's 1st seed, no implications.
[2] Darkbolt vs. ****[7] Groudon80***
Former PR lovers jaw it out. If Darkbolt's legendary luck doesn't pull through G80's skill edge will net him the win in GSC and ADV.
Next Round:
***Groudon80*** vs. Gotei 13 Hyorinmaru
Gotei is consistent, but his teams are painfully bog standard and that usually means trouble against someone with a skill set like G80, who I believe has the advantage in all three metagames.
Council vs. ***Fear*** - dead heat
IMO Fear is in the category of top 10 ADV players on NB. Very creative, has many speeds and many gears, and makes timely reads at the right times.
However, Council has a slight but definite edge in GSC and will most likely win that one, with RBY being a usual coin toss.
Finals:
Groudon80 vs Fear
Both are great candidates to win: G80 is pretty solid and consistent, but Fear is definitely more dangerous. However, Fear's experience in GSC and RBY is still growing and G80 has more overall skill if you take all three metagames into account.
