IAR, Onix gets Slam for free as a pre-L25 move, but does not obtain it as an Egg move. Not approved until you fix this, but it looks good otherwise.

E: Also, you should probably note that Brave is +Atk, -Spe (in addition to the -10 Eva); not sure if that's mandatory, but you've got the nature handled correctly, so I won't split hairs.

E2: That's sorted out, then. Approved, and I'm at 0.3

12 HC
Stockpiling the CC, obviously.

Conrad the Yamask
MC: 12
  • Power Split (BW Lvl)
  • Shadow Ball (BW Lvl)
  • Toxic (BW TM)
  • Hidden Power [Fire] [7] (BW TM)
  • Double Team (BW TM)
  • Rest (BW TM)
  • Substitute (BW TM)

This uses up all of the HC.

Combining five of those CC with my existing 9 to grab two nature changes.

Alchemator the Beheeyem: Relaxed -> Brave
Terrence the Xatu: Brave -> Quiet

That leaves me with 7 CC.

Approving myself I suppose.

E: I guess I will dip into that 21 UC now too.

Mercutio the Sewaddle
EC: 3/9

Eldest of a clutch, Oros made the mistakes that his siblings learned from, teaching him caution and prudence. Honed to figurative keeness, Oros is finally large and in charge. His dramatic jump in strength may have gotten to his head, however, as he still exhibits his same impulsive tendencies. Only now, though, his impulses are more often correct.

Bellistar last. She has been sitting on her 9/9 EC for too long—she evolves twice because she got to fight once as a Monohm and once as a Duclohm. She learns Double Hit, Bide, Weather Ball, Tri-Attack, and Whirlwind automatically, and puts her KOC into MC. With her 8 MC, she buys Gen V TMs Thunder and Fire Blast, Gen IV TM Endure, and Level-up Move Slack Off. Now that was worth the wait![a]Monohm[/a]

Monohm ♀ - Bellistar
Nature: Modest (SpA: +1, Atk: -1)
Type: Electric / Dragon
Electric Type - Electric STAB; 50% reduction in paralysis chance from other electrical attacks, perfect accuracy and 30% chance of Protect breaking Thunder during Rain. Superior senses in power plant environments.
Dragon Type - Dragon STAB; More in touch with legendary or special auras in arenas. Able to use Hyper Beam and Giga Impact without losing focus.

Abilities:

3 MC spent to learn

C$FP: APPROVED

Ragnarokalex: Infernape only gets Counter via egg move and Focus Punch via egg move or past gen TM, meaning the total cost of those two moves alone is 6 MC, not 5. NOT APPROVED unless you spend 1 more UC to get both of them. EDIT: In light of the below post, APPROVED

This brings my UC total to 1.2.

Buying me a Beldum. Leaves me with 2CC.

Beldum [Mecha] (Genderless)
Nature: Careful (+1 Sp.D, -1 Sp.A)
Type: Steel/Psychic
Psychic:Psychic STAB; less susceptible to blinding, more susceptible to sound-based assaults as far as locking on with Psychic attacks, can lift and throw opponents with Psychic regardless of Special Attack Rank. Psychic-type attacks are not godlike and cannot be used as a catchall for Disabling, Binding, and redirecting opposing attacks.

Steel:Steel STAB; immune to Sandstorm, highly insusceptible to toxic attacks, but can be corroded specifically by Acid and Acid Spray, can be magnetized. Superior senses in high-metal environments like construction sites or factories.

Abilities:
Clear Body:
(Innate) This Pokemon’s body structure makes it immune to status lowering moves used by opponents. (e.g. Intimidate, Growl, Screech etc.)
Light Metal [DW LOCKED]: (Innate) The Pokemon's body is made of a lightweight but extremely strong alloy. It weighs half as much as other members of the species, but is equally sturdy. The Pokemon executes weak attacks much more effectively, adding +1 priority to all their attacks with 6 or less Base Attack Power (after other ability adjustments). Priority is applied to the summed Base Attack Power of a multi-hit move (e.g. Double Kick has priority at 6 BAP, Skill Link Bullet Seed doesn't at 15 BAP.)

Stats:

Beldum
HP: 90
Atk: Rank 2
Def: Rank 3
SpA: Rank 1 (-)
SpD: Rank 3 (+)
Spe: 30
Size Class: 1
Weight Class: 4 (95.2 kg)
Base Rank Total: 13

EC: 0/9
MC: 0
DC: 0/5

Attacks:
-Take Down

-Zen Headbutt
-Iron Head
-Headbutt

Total Moves: 4

EDIT: Alright, I'll fox it on my actual profile post.

MrL: APPROVED, though I think because Beldum gets neither egg moves nor TMs, you can actually get up to 6 tutor moves for it, meaning it can start with Iron Defense in addition to the moves you currently have on it.

This brings my UC to 1.3
