A simple arena with a simple effect, that carries far-reaching implications. Put simply, every mon in play has access to all damaging moves known by active Pokemon, be they friend or foe. If a Staryu knows Thunderbolt, everyone in play knows Thunderbolt.

If a mon is KO'd, and one of their moves is attempted later in the round (with no other user in play to provide that move), it fails and costs normal En.

Non-damaging moves are not shared.

We need a crazy, active, and competent ref for this one.
