By Smogons calcs (which I think are correct)
Extremespeed does 35.2% - 41.7%
Shadow Claw(which should be replaced with Crunch btw) does 20.7% - 24.4%
Shadow Sneak does 11.9% - 14%.

My drizzle team has a Mold Breaker Giratina with Pursuit

Nothing Shedinja can do can OHKO, and it cant switch out

Question: Could stalling with any sort of Baton Passed defenses (Simple Cosmic Power, or just a couple of plain good ol' Iron Defence) work with Shell Armor? Slap a SubSeed set on something like Deoxys-D and wall everything to hell and back, immune to Critical Hits and with defenses that eat Outrages and Water Spouts for breakfast.

You'd still be eaten alive by Punishment, though. But then again... Punishment.

I also think Seismic Toss/Night Shade could be an idea. That way, you can dish it out too, similar to Blissey, but with titanic defences to hold your ground. Seismic Toss has 5 more PP than Night Shade, but is resisted by a much more common type.

I would rather Superpower to buff Atk.

Anyone have any suggestions/experience with sun teams? so far I have Pure Power Darmanitan, Contrary Ho-Oh, and contrary Reshiram but I'm wondering what to do about Imposter blissey and how to reliably keep hazards off the field.

People seem to expect Sturdy Shedinja or Wonder Guard Shedinja. Knowing this, why not attack in a meta sense? By this, I mean Shedinja that is not Sturdy or Wonder Guard. Seems to infuriate people when their strategy for beating Wonderninja and Sturdyninja does not work. Magic Guard Shedinja is fun for that.
 
It may be suprising, but it's not effective
There are only 6 pokemon that are effective in BH. Dialga, Slaking, Blissey, Giratina, and 2 others that I never see because I am defeated before they are used.

Everything else banks on the opponent building a team to counter something they expect might occur and not having a back up for when it doesn't occur.

There are other effective pokemon. Contrary Resh/Mewtwo. SimpleGlow Mewtwo. Sure they can't beat slaking, not much can. They can sweep most other parts of the team.

I don't expect sturdy shedinja, it's not effective. Mold Breaker, Hazards, Weather. Ghosts. Sure it is deadly if used correctly, it's still setup bait for ghosts. Send in a Shadow Tag ghost, setup, sweep the crap out of the team.

I have seen a Magic Guard Shedinja, it didn't work.

A sturdy shedinja, when used correctly, can sweep teams, however it has many counters.
 
The problem is slaking doesn't really have any "hard" counters.

Also, shadow tag shuckle with ingrain, aqua ring, bulldoze and acid spray is stupid and annoying.

I'd additionally like to see a species clause.
 
Giratina was,before people stopped using Shadow Sneak and Started with Crunch.
Fast Ghost + Encore Coming in on an Espeed is Pretty sweet.

When I see Shedinja, idc what it's ability, my counter works for all shedinja's

Mold Breaker Pursuit gira

As well as if a shedinja doesn't take entry hazard damage, it's obviously not sturdy.
