From this hall reffing I get 11 UC.
7 of these are used to get Thrym the Tyranitar Dynamicpunch (past TM, -3), Dragon Tail and Dig (current TMs, -4).
The remaining 4 are used to give Protect to Jormungardr the Colossoil and to Typhon the Hydreigon.
