how could I breed a panpy with ice shard and counter? is that even possible?

You could use a Mamoswine or glaceon male to pass it on ice shard.Lucario to pass on counter Or you could use a Smeargle if you want to pass both.

I dont have any way too teach smeagle ewither of those moves but I fount another way first I breed counter on sneasel then train that sneasel til 50 or so till he learns ice shard so that he can pas on both its a whole lot of work but oh well
